I've been searching for ages for a dress for 8th grade graduation. I don't want to involve my parents in the actual dress buying, so I'm on my own in paying for it. I'd love to find something under 50$, but i might be able to go over that. I'd rather not buy online, because that'd involve my mom more than i'd like, but i think I'll have to. My question is that is there any good stores around Lexington, ky that sells awesome dresses?

Well, it depends on how much you value your friendship. If you dont want your friendship to get screwed up, then i would just admire him from a distance. The fear of rejection is veryyy common, and i mean if you like him as much as i seem to think you do, then you should go for it. If you get rejected oh well, but at least you went for it.

I'm going out with my best friend's ( Kaitlyn )ex boyfriend. Now she gave me permission several times to go out with him so its not like I went behind her back to go out with Ross.

Well now she likes Ross again and shes using her popularity to get all of Ross's friends to tell Ross to break up with me and go back out with Kaitlyn. And Kaitlyns starting nasty rumors about me and Ross and is writing shit about me and him all over the stalls in the bathroom. Now usually I wouldn't care; but come on this girl was supposidly my best friend?!

I don't know what to do about all this, Ross and I are both getting sick of this. What if he breaks up with me cause he doesn't want all this drama. I'm afraid of losing him over all this crap and I can't stand that my best friend is completley turning against me.

If this Kaitlyn chick is supposedly your bestfriend, then she shouldnt be talking all this shit about you. If Ross really likes you, then he wouldnt break up with you just because of all the drama thats going on. Who cares about Kailyn, she sounds like a total bitch and a horrible friend. Move on from her and get some new friends, and ignore what people think about you and Ross.

Ok you know who i am so dont tell anybody hoo i am or about this. Ok, so as u no im going out with this really cool guy. the thing is i dont really know if i like him as more than friends. ive already decided that i like him enough to go out with him, but the thing is...i think i might still like the guy ive liked for a while. Well, after he dumps you, if he does, i think that you should go back for that kid. I mean if you think that he likes you, and you sort of still like him, go for it. Theres nothing wrong with wanting what you cant have, im like that =D

i always spend a lot of money.. its kind of hard for me not to spend money. i try to babysit but there's not that many jobs, and most of the time my parents just give me money.. they always pay for the movies and going out places like that, and also give me extra money when i go shopping. i know im lucky that they do that so i always haev money to go shopping and do things i wanna do. but what are some other ways i could make money so i dont just have to rely on my parents paying for everything? they don't mind but idk i just wanna earn my own money for some reason. i'll give 5s, thanks

You could always do the old school thing and do a lemonade stand.

-If you can type fast, you could type reports and charge for each word.
-You could a get a job at a local mall

-Offer to help around the house for money

my 8th grade graduation is coming up soon, and i'm really worried about it. I'm really athletic and tomboy-ish. (I DON'T wear boys clothes or anything, but i don't wear dresses or skirts.)

at graduation, we're supposed to be really formal and stuff. it's like prom, but maybe not so glamourous, you know?

my question is that i need help with clothes, hair, etc. i plan to wear a dress (and surprise everyone. where could i get a really pretty dress for a decent price? and hair/make-up tips would be good, too. (i don't know anything about make-up at all, HELP!)

Ok, i am soo into fashion so i can help. Go to like JCPenny, Sears, of Filenes, they have really cute dresses for not a lot of monye. For your hair wear loose curls. Make-up do a sheer pink lip gloss, with a light color blush, do a light color on the eyes. Get magazines like J-14 and Seventeen for how to do your make-up.

Well, i know who all of these people you speak of are. The "best friend" by her, is not his best friend. Your boy friend would always come up to me and say how she was a bitch. If they were best friends then why at the dance did he want us all to go and dance in front of her. He soo does not like her. She is soo jeaulous cause she asked him out like 4 times last year, he told me. He turned her down every single time. Your boyfriend is soooo into you. Dont worry about her. Just ignore it and she probably will just give up because she knows that you dont care and neither does he

There's this girl I really like. We'll call her "B." I know some people said "true" love isn't real for teens, but I can feel that I love her. I have since I met her.

Well, she's a few years older than me, and she's dating this guy I haven't really enjoyed being around in the past. I wrote B a letter, but I signed it "Your Secret Admirer." It basically says stuff about how I love her, and things like that. But, I haven't had a chance to sneak it into her backpack or whatever.

The thing is, I think she might sorta like me, but I'm not sure. Should I sneak the letter into her backpack?

Ok, well im such a flirt in school and im good friends with the guys, but im a super girly girl, so i can help on this one =D. Do the flirty thing and kind of like bring it up in a conversation, at a good time. Dont like be running down the halls and be like "HEY WH0 D0 Y0U LiKE?!" That would just embaress him. Also, do not randomly go "Who do you like?" Do it cassually. You can always ask one of your friends to find out for you too.

I have this secret that I haven't told one of my really good friends yet (lets call her Ruby). It's about this boy I like I have told four other people, and three of them are my other really good freinds. Well I don't want to tell Ruby because she doesn't have much experience with boys AT ALL and she wouldn't get it like my other freinds would. Should I tell her? I think that you should tell Ruby. If i was her i might get a little peeved cause i mean its like you guys are best friends. Best friends should not keep things from eachother. So what if Ruby does not have much experience with boys. If she is really your friend, she should understand a little bit.

My boyfriend and I have been going out for awhile. And we have a certain group of friends that we hang out with. The point is that he spends more time with my best friend than he spends with me. They both say that they could never do something like cheat behind my back. I trust them but sometimes I wonder if they really could be masking my eyes with their friendly words. How can I just get over this jealousy phase?

The best thing to do is talk to them about it. Especially to him, tell him that you want to spend more time with him. If he wont go for it then try hanging out with him. Jealousy is not such a bad thing. Maybe you just can not trust him. There are always other guys to date.

i need to know if you have a house. if you do then you can get a part time job, such as working at McDonalds. there is a food shelter in mansfield, and you can get food there. another possibility is going to the soup kitchen. none of these costs any money
