Q: Are there any programs similar to photoshop that I can use to make gif icons (or icons that have animation)?

I'm pretty familiar with photoshop, but I can't afford to buy it and for some reason the tutorial doesn't work on my computer. Right now, I'm using GIMP to edit pictures and make icons but, as far as I know, you can't use GIMP to make moving icons.

I would like to find a program that I can use to make animated icons as well as turn videos into icons (if that makes sense). I'm a beginner at making gifs but if someone could recommend a program other than photoshop, I would really appreciate it.

well, your 16 you are still regulating. I still tend to get like that where i wont have it like 3 months in a row but i know i am not pregnant (gotta have certain stuff to happen...you know hwta i mean) and im 19. If you are really worried about it, go to a doctor and they might put you on birth control which will regulate you. Personally, I don't think it is too bad seeing as you are still maturing and regulating.

aight here is an awesome thing i use. Its Got:2:Be Glued Hair Glue. it works like hair gel only much much much stronger. Once you get it in place with the wet hair glue, spritz it with hair spray and use a blow dryer on it to get it to stay better. Just make sure you wash it out every night cuz it can get icky. This stuff won't flake and it water resistant so it wont get screwed up too bad in the rain

What would you say is the best razor? I have both the Shick Intuition and the Venus Breeze. I want a razor (or good dipilatory) that will keep me smooth for a long time on my legs, bikini area, and underarms. if you can handle the pain...get a home waxing kit. I swear to you if done right, you won't have to shave for like, a month or more. It's worth it if you can handle the pain.
