I know this can be REALLY tough.
and I know you don't want to hear "just move on" because I know it def. is easier said than done. But he sounds like a huge asshole so maybe you should try to make him jealous by talking to HIS friend ;) and acting like you're interested. sometimes playing hard to get will get him crawling back to you fast. And if that doesn't work you can go out and try to meet new guys =D there is alot of guys out there sweetie!

okay, so i wanna highlight my hair. i usually go and get it done, but i wanna do it myself this time. however, i dont really have the time to go out and buy stuff for it right now. so does any one know, stuff at home that i could use and how to hi-light it, and not make it look like crap?!

Hmm..
well i've highlighted my own hair before and it came out cute, but I did have to go out and buy the hair dye for it. If you're really good at dying you don't have to go out and buy the cap and everything but you do have to buy the hair dye! =D Anything else you're thinking of dying your hair with i don't think will come out too good..

pfft. no that is not true! =D
pink can look just as adorable as a neutral or tan eyeshadow. it just depends on your outfit! if you're wearing a cute pink top, go ahead and wear pink eyeshadow. just don't put it on all the way up to your eyebrow!
