hey this is my first time lol. Well in the summer two years ago i got a new boy neighbor and i thought he was just gross .. then we started hangin out and flirtin and then we saw eachother in schoool and started talking and joking around. so a little then a year later my friend asked him out for me but he was dating someone else. so she tryed and he said okay tell her to meet me outside today. so my friend had basketball that day and i never got to talk to her. so i went to his house in the winter and starting talking with his younger sister and went in the snow with her and my other friends. he was riding his 4wheeler and kept staring at me... so i didnt know if we were going out or whatever had happened. so i went home and talked to my friend. she said he said to meet me outside .. so by now it was around 6 or 7 and it was dark outside so my friend called his hosue and he said no. things have changed completley .. i mean we talk and flirt still but he would probably never go out with me .. and i wanna be his friend well i am his friend but its just not the same you know? only because im friends with his younger sister he would never go out with me! its so stupid ! so ive tried everything to stay away from her and it really has been working but he still doesnt like me. im hurting so much and even though i tell my friends i dont like him anymore i still love him .. please help me !

Ok, these other people really aren't helping you and I'm not sure I can either. Just go over to his house one day and ask him to come out and talk with you. Tell him that you don't know what you did wrong and you really wish you could go back to the way things were because you really miss it. Let him talk some and keep talking with him about it. Ask him how he just got over you so fast and tell him it really hurt you. -Kayla

You really can't. Some of my friends are like that. The thing with them if they never get zits until their period and they get a couple. There is no way to get rid of them, except the regular way, but they will only come when your period starts, even if you can stop them before and after it. Try pro-active or just some oxy pads. -Kayla

Definitely ask him to the movies! Just ask him if he would like to go see a movie with you this weekend. Scary movies are always fun. All you have to do is ask him to go with you and if he asks who all is going, then say just you and him. Be like "I guess just you and me". See what he says and then say "if you want other people to go then I can invite some more." See what he says and if he asks for more people then he still wants to get to know you better and be your friend, but if he's cool with just the two of you, then your good to go! -Kayla

Well, first of all, how are you going to go out with him if you don’t know if he still likes you? He might just like your friend now and only her. You really need to talk to him and tell him that you might have feelings for him, but you aren’t sure. Try writing him a note or talking to him online if you can’t talk to him in person about it. I know I wouldn’t want to talk to him in person if I was you haha. But, first you have to find out if he does still like you, because he might only like your best friend. You said he told you that he liked your best friend, so now you have to find out all of the facts on that. Also, does your best friend like him back? Keep hanging out with him and do it a lot more than usual and then you will see if you like him back by the way yall flirt and stuff. Hope I helped. Just keep being his friend and in a few days or weeks you will know whether or not you like him. If you get very very excited to talk to him and you can't stop thinking about him, then you like him. Otherwise, if you really want to talk to him, but you don't always and then it doesn't make a big difference to you, then he's just a friend. -Kayla

Put it up in a ponytail and push it up like a bun and pin the sides down. If you have curly hair naturally then wear your hair curly but if your hair gets straight when you blow dry it then dont try to scrunch it with lots of hair stuff in it. It looks very BAD! Also if you have straight hair or if you don't then you can straighten it and then with some top pieces use a crimper and crimp a few pieces on the top. You can also curl your hair in either a pony tail or just down. You can use some curlers to make your hair wavy. They have certain kinds for it. -Kayla

me and my best friend have been great friends since 8th grade (were both in 12th now) so we've been friends for pretty much 5 years. i love her to death and i dont know what i would do without her. Were seriously inseperable. About a month ago she met this guy. All of a sudden its like she's dedicating her time to hang out with him EVERY day. I mean all three of us do hang out sometimes but i dont really like it bc i kinda feel like the 3rd wheel. Her ex boyfriend just told me that he likes me but i told him that i only like him as a friend. i told her that he said he liked me and all of a sudden she asumed that i liked him too and now she is mad at me. the reason they broke up was because she was lying to him and cheating on him with this guy she is with now. The guy she is with now wants to get an apartment. He said i could move in if i wanted but i dont want to because i cant afford it but i dont wanna loose my best friend to him because i lost her once before and i was miserable. Well today i left this guy a voicemail saying mean things and everything to him which i shouldnt but he is really rude to me. He calls me a slut and everything. i've told my friend this but she said well im falling in love with him and all that. I really dont wanna loose my best friend at all! i dont know wut to do and its killing me inside. I tryed to talk to her about it but she doesn't wanna listen to me at all. She told me a few weeks ago the only reason she is with this guy is because he gets her w/e she wants (he got her a diamond ring...a $500 stereo and lets her drive his new car and she doesn't have her permit or license) i dont know what to do!! someone please help!! since this is long ill rate u a 5!!! thanx!!! Just let her be. One way or the other one of them will figure out they aren't right for eachother or he will find out that she is using him. You shouldn't worry about her and him since she's just using him for all the goodies that she gets out of it and if she does put you in a place that you aren't comfortable like with him and her together or something then just leave. I'm 17 and my parents are divorced. I live with my mom. I've accepted the fact that I have to spend time with my dad and most of the time its not too bad. Lately things have seemed a little off. I don't want to spend time with him. I'm so stressed out when he's around. I love my brother to pieces but its worse when him and dad are together. They fight like kids and I have to seperate them. I hate being the adult. I'm the daughter and the sister not the wife or the mother. When all you can think about is that one person. When the only person you ever want to spend time with is your true love. When you get butterflys in your stomach every time you see them, even if you've known them for a very long time. When they are they for you unconditionaly and same goes for you and every time you look at another person you just realize that the one you are with is the right now and every time you see them you see why you really truley love them. That's what I think it is, although I haven't felt the feeling of love yet. -Kayla

I"ve heard this kid saying I'll trashcan me cuz then he'll be a seinor. Do Seniors really make your Freshman year a living hell? how bad is it really? Well, it all depends on your school. My brother told me it would happen to me and he was a senior when I was a freshmen. Funny thing is nothing bad happened to me my freshmen year, it was the best year ever. The only thing I can think of that they did to freshmens was at our pep rallys when they made fun of us and boo'd us a whole bunch. Just like when your an 8th grader and you pick on the 6th graders. Although, if your school always for senior pranks on the freshmen then watch out. Just ask some freshmen at the high school your going to. Most likely though, it won't happen. Sweetie they are just jealous because you are popular and they aren't and you can get guys. Don't worry about it, the rumors will begin to fade. Just make sure you don't quit hanging out with your old friends from before and don't change who you are either.
