Before I even begin, this is out of pure curiosity. I am too young to even be thinking of this and I don't know anyone who is looking to adopt.

If someone adopts a child, is it possible for them to un-adopt the child?

I say this because a lot of children in such situations have come from dysfunctional families before the adoption. If the child seems normal when the parents adopt him or her and then turns out to be too much of a handful, is there a certain amount of days allowed for them to try out the new family with it's new family member? I also know that as the years go by, the child may show characteristics from a past dysfunctional home that they didn't exhibit before--some being severe, I'm sure. Surely there are some sort of guidelines adoptive parents can go by in case of such an incident?

I know adopting is not like purchasing an item from WalMart. I know you can't just turn around and say, "This kid doesn't fit right!" after the adoption, but I was wondering if something could be done in severe cases.

you can "un-adopt" a child but of has to be before a certain amount of time.but they try to make sure that you know everything that is going on with the child and see if you can handle it

If him and your sister were friends before, I doubt theyre going to stop talking because you two are going out, but like you said he brings you up, you shouldn't worry, he knows that your sister doesn't like him in the way. you shouldn't be concerned, it seems like everything is okay. if you really are worried then in a couple of weeks I would try the test. Also if you start to have other symptoms such as gained weight, breast swelling, or being very tired thats when I would start to get a little concerned, good luck!

its still likely to get pregnant just the chances arent that high. You can get the symptoms up to 2 weeks, my friend starting getting them around that time, I think you would know if you were pregnant but I would go get a test in a couple of weeks

k so im not exactly sure i think that the last time i got my shot was about three and a half or more months ago... and its supposed to stop working after 3 months... so does that mean that i should have had my period since it stopped working?
