okay heres the deal, i know abuse is bad. and my friend said her mom hit her with her ring, and theres a huge black & blue mark on her face now. however, this girl is known to lie. so i dont wanna say anything, but shes been telling me this for about 2 years now, and i know a good friend would say something, but im afraid of the outcome. one time someone DID say soemthng, and her parents lied their way through the whole thing, what should i do.

I'm going to enter junior high soon and my friends and I have decidded to change our appearance a bit. I decided to highlight my hair with a few black strips(nothin' goth or anything. It would just bring out my eyes better). So I asked my mom and she said no because she didn't want me to turn emo or somethin'. She rejected my idea before I got a chance to tell her my reasons. so i have been participating in musicals since i was nine. past roles = annie in annie at school. brigitta in sound of music at a theater near by... um White Queen in Wonderland
and I really want to be Rizzo or Sandy in Grease this summer for acting camp.

anyhow, i dream about being a Broadway actress. Problem: I can't dance very well. I'm not the worst, but I'm much more talented at singing and acting.
I want to go beyond school plays, but don't have money for lessons or anything. Tips?

I’m 16 and I’m upset about (Girl), who is 15.

I understand I’ve already messed up any chance I had with her, and I don’t deserve her because of that. But she doesn’t even want to talk to me. She won’t even let me tell her how I feel about her, or explain why I never asked her out.

I’m really worried my friend (Guy), who is 15, likes her. The reason I never asked her out has to do with my previous girlfriend, (Slut). Long story short, I messed up with (Slut) and she ended up with my best friend. I was miserable for two months. It took me two years to be able to like another girl again, I then I met her, (Girl). I really liked (Girl). I wanted to ask (Girl) out, and I knew she would say yes. But every time I tried to ask her out, for four months, the feeling game back. I kept thinking, what if I mess up and she ends up with my best friend? It was a stupid thing to think, I know. Finally, she got tired of waiting for me and moved on. So, after all, I did mess up, and that’ll set me back another year. But if she ends up with (Guy), one of my best friends, I don’t think I’ll be able to ask a girl out until I’m out of college. She and (Guy) have been flirting like I used to flirt with her.

Okay so at my school, I have been insulted so many times, over all these things. I have been insulted for my style, the music I listen to, how 'ugly' I am, etc. etc.
And it just hurts to hear all these things, and yes I have gone to a principal just once, and I was called a snitch and things just got worse. So what should I do about being verbally harrassed?
