these past few days i've been doing ab excercises 8 minutes a day and i just found out how to do an arch by leaning back and well i've done it alot today and now my back hurts. is the arch stuff the cause for the back pain? i don't know what else cudda caused it and do any of you have advice on how to get rid of the pain? try using icey hot it will help. that exercise is probably what is causing the pain so dont do it for a few days until your back is better and you are most likey doing the exercise wrong so find the right way to do it and then you should be fine.

I have scarring on my retinas which the doctors think may be caused by toxoplasmosis. I am unable to learn to drive because the scarring is on the centre of my retinas and cannot be improved enough even when wearing spectacles. I also have glaucoma. is there any corrective surgery available to improve my vision? I am 35 years old (link)

lasik eye surgery may help you but im not completely sure, go to your doctor and see what they have to tell you about it and if there is really any kind of cure for it. hope someone finds a way to fix them! good luck.

um hello. bit curious about something. here goes. sometimes (im a 13 yr old guy) when im around certain ppl, i get really calm, my heart beat steddies, and things are warm and relaxing. it doesnt matter if its around girls or guys, its equal for both. does this happen to others? its been a wide span of ppl its happened to. from the mentally ill to complete strangers. im not bisexual or anything, im only attracted to girls i think guys are the filthiest of beings to stench the earth. anyway, does this happen to others? it doesnt really bother me, im just dreadfully curious. your just a calm person and the people dont make you uncomfortable and thats a good thing. im a guy and it has happened to me before plenty of times. and i dont get why this question is under plants and gardening but i hope what i said helps you.

Grip the ball perpendicular to the seams, at their widest point, with your middle and index fingers spread 1/2 inch apart. Your thumb lies perpendicular to the seams on the underside of the ball. With this grip, expect the pitch to rise as it makes its way to the catcher.
you grip it just like you would throw a normal fast ball just make the top fingers alittle bit closer together
