advice
okay so my best friend is this amazing cheerleader/gymnist. she is very pretty and could get a boyfriend with no problem. everytime i'm with her though, i always hear her telling me how fat and ugly she is. and shes not fat or ugly at all. when she says these things,it makes me feel bad cuz then if she thinks that shes fat and ugly than wat does that make me? i could never be the great cheerleader and gymnist that she is. i guess i get jealous because shes this amazing and talented cheerleader thats beautiful and can get a boyfriend in a snap. and by saying shes fat and ugly i get mad, not at her though. wat can i do to ease my feelings and make them stop?
One of my friends is exactly like that! Dont you just hate it!? They need to get over the fact that they are pretty. I personaly think that you shouldnt feel bad about that at all! my friend says that and i just agree and i'm like "ya so and so your soo fat god!," or something and they are like yeah ik. and I just ignore it and move onto something else to talk about. Sometimes people do it just to get attention and i think that is why it gets you mad, but dont let it get to you. I would sit and tell her to her face that she isnt fat, she is an amazing cheerleader, and she is gorgeous! that is what i do and they kinda shut it for a while. I hope I helped a little! ♥ Andie
ok... i really want to lose weight but i have a really hard time staying away from sweets and junkfood. im addicted to it! i want to lose about 10-15 pounds but i eat when im bored or have nothing to do. do you know any ways i can stay on a diet and not eat junkfood or sweets and lose weight quickly?? please help! thanks.
Well the first thing is that diet soda is no better than regualr. They use fake sugars.
Next what you can do, is have a regular exercise reuteen such as dancing for a half hour, join your towns health center or, play basketball, or some type of activeity that invovles running. Then what i would do is have more salads, but not for every meal because from what i herd that it is bad for your bladder or something. Haha. Good idea for drinking more water and you should be good.
