okay I am definitely going to start using condoms after this.

okay so my myspace page got hacked and i didnt go on it for like 1 month, i changed my passowrd and everything. so when i went to check my myspace i had some song playing that i never added to my myspace page. i went to try and delete it but the song i did want was there so that one got deleted while the one i didnt want didnt. so i changed my song in hopes that the one i didnt want wouldnt be there but it is. and when i click my profile 2 songs play at once. the one i want and the one i dont. its annoying dont know what to do help?? and the worst part is i cant delete it becuase when i try to the song isnt there. but it still plays in my page? please help i rate if it helps. thanks!
Go and delete every code on your myspace.
Just open a notepad of codes you still want on there.
Then save it and you shouldn't have the song playing anymore.
Then just redo your myspace and that should help.

i know that fiber helps with appetite control and generally makes your bowel movements more frequent (sorry, didnt know how else to say that other than makes you poop..) would fiber help me lose weight? im a 19 year old female i weigh 130 pounds and im 5'3. is this over weight? i really want to lose weight all over...i know i should be working out more but i have a fulltime job and am a student during the school year. this is no excuse but sometimes theres just not enough time in a day and i have very little energy after work. would eating more fiber (fiber one cereal would be added to my diet bc it has about 15g of fiber per serving) help me lose weight?
Fiber is mainly used to help with your colon, instead of losing weight. I just suggest sticking to an exercise plan and eating more vegetables and fruits, instead of so much fiber.
You don't even have to work out everyday, just keep moving and don't eat so much junk food. Walking is good exercise. =] Try walking more.
You're not EXTREMELY overweight. Just barely, so I wouldn't worry to much. Just eat healthy.

me and my boyfriend recently had a pregnancy scare,
and then all the sypmtoms of pregnancy went away and i got my perioid, but its lighter than my normal periods, But my breasts havent been hurting and i havent had any cramps or any of the pregnacny symtoms i was expericancing before, so tell me could ibe pregnant or am i just having a weird peroid?
If you didn't skip a period, then you aren't pregnant. The more you worry about it, then you're just making your period come later. (I know from experience.)
So, just be careful. A lot of my periods are weird and sometimes I'll have symptoms, sometimes I won't. You're fine though. =]
