That's kind of ... rude or mean what that girl did. You should never go out with someone just because you feel sorry for them or don't want them to feel bad. In the end they'll probably even feel worse. You did what you could and told that guy the truth. Maybe you can talk to his girlfriend into confessing to the guy. I hope things work out.

I don't know any exercises myself, but I see my mom following exercising tapes every morning. They've definitely worked for her and made her feel better. Maybe you should try a tape and see if it works.
I had sex 5 days ago, and im still bleeding from it. at first i thought maybe it was just my period, so i treated it as that. my period only lasts for 4 days, so i dont think its that.

Maybe this period is lasting a little longer than your usual ones. Sometimes periods can be irregular and some may last longer or shorter. If that's the case it's perfectly normal. I don't think if having sex had anything to do with it, but either way you should definitely tell your mother and see a doctor.

Maybe he has a reason for fighting. Are you doing something to make him angry? If you're the one starting things, maybe you should try to look through things from his point of view and try to understand. If it's him starting them, you should not give into his arguments. Stay calm and talk things through. The best thing to do is to probably talk it out with him. Tell him how you feel and hopefully things will get better. If he says he loves you, I'm sure he does. Just give it some time, work things out with him and I'm sure things will be okay.

Wow, this is exactly the same problem my friend has. Are you sure you aren't her? lol. Well, honestly there are only two things to do. One is to forget about him. I know this may seem impossible to do...but nothing's impossible. If you choose something and stick to it, it can happen. Forget about this guy. He's probably not worth your time. An old and over used saying...but very true is "there are plenty of fish in the sea." The second thing to do is to talk to him about when he's an ass. Tell him you care about him but you really would like him to treat you better. I hope things work out.

Well...you shouldn't get back with your ex. Liking him a little doesn't mean you should start dating again. Tell him gently that you're not really into him. Let the idea sink into him. Meanwhile, drop some hints to the guy you like. Don't ask him out yet. After a while, tell your ex about the other guy you really like. He might be mad...but you can't blame the guy. Then ask tell your feelings to the guy you like and ask him out. I don't think your ex will "kill" the other guy, but if he does get agressive, you need to tell someone right away...that guy needs help and you guys need to stay safe.

Ouch. If you saved it, you're in luck...But it sounds like you didn't. If you have some sort of BuddyProfile type thing, you can look at the people who viewed you and add them back to your buddylist. Also, you can ask your friends to send you their buddylist. Your good friends will be sure to IM you. When they do you can ask for their buddy list. You can keep repeating that process. That way you'll gain back your buddy list slowly.
My moms over protective what should i do?
As I said to someone earlier, moms are hard to break (Trust me, I know from experience). How old are you? Your age might have to do with your mom being so over protective. Let me tell you this...just about ALL moms are over protective. Can you blame them? We're their babies. They gave us life and sheltered us from danger. We should all be thankful that our moms love us enough to be over protective. Now, looking on the otherside. It really CAN get very annoying sometimes when moms are over protective. If you want to do something and your mom is too protective, try and explain to her. Try to persuade her to see it your way. Prove to her you're mature and ready. If this does not work, I'm afraid there's nothing you can do, other than accepting the truth, and waiting until you're older.

My friend has a sister that she used to ahve a lot of fights with. Sometimes they'd scratch each other and leave scars/blood. It wasn't too bad, but I always thought it was a little hostile of them. I don't think it's very healthy for siblings to hurt each other like that. If you are hurting your sister too or starting the arguments, the first step would be stopping yourself. If you stop, she stops. If it's her starting them, you need to stay calm and not give in to her little fights. Talk to your sister about it. If this continues I'd suggest for you to tell your parents. It may sound a bit "wussy" but it's not at all. Letting this go on might lead to worse things.
i didnt kno wut to put this under... since it kinda has to do with sumthing my parents hav to deal with i put it under familyz. well you kno how when u have ur period that that first daii iz the worst and that you go to sleep and stuff of coarse you have a thingy on and stuff but how do you not stain your bed? i alwayz hav trouble with that and i had to throw away a thing of sheets becuz of it. sum1 plz help. iz there like sum secret to it? help!
I had this problem when I first started my period. I'd leave stains on my bed sheet. My mom suggested me to put this old cloth on my bed. You can get a towel or some old cloth you don't use and put that over your bed. That way it won't stain your bed. I don't use tampons, so I don't know about them, but if you're using pads there are some pads that are made for overnight or heavy periods. They have wings, they're very thick, and they're extra long in the back, so that nothing leaks. You should try those, if you haven't. Change your pad or tampon before you go to sleep. I hope your little "problem" stops =)
My family came over my house for while because i haven't seen them in a while and i asked my mom if i could go see my friend and she said no so i went into my room and watched t.v. She had the right to be angry at you and not let you go to your birthday party. Family (even though sometimes we'd like to have privacy and be left alone) is very important. Obviously it meant a lot to her for you to be there with the family. Disobeying her was a bad choice. I've done it before and I learned it was a bad choice. I'd apologize to your mom. Be nice to her and try to make it up. Hopefully she'll forgive you and let you go to that party. I hope it goes ok! =)

Mom's are hard to break (Trust me, I know from experience). You probably won't get that tattoo you want, so I'd suggest you try and get used to the idea of not having a tattoo. It's allright though....when you're older you can go ahead and get one. Until then, you'll need to mature a bit and realize you're not getting the tattoo. Plus, there's no need for a tattoo right now. Other than looking cool, what use does it have? Be patient and you'll get a tattoo in time.

He did a very rude thing to you. Tell him what you feel. If he's your best friend he'll realize what he's doing and stop. If he keeps hurting and annoying you like that, I really don't think he deserve to be your best friend.
i find myself never being able to sleep until like 2 or 3 in tha morning everynight..i cant ever sleep so i just go on AIM or something like that..any advice? i appreciate it. thanks
I'm even worse than that. I don't go to sleep until 5-7 AM! I stay awake because of choice though. If you'd like to sleep earlier I have some suggestions that might help you.
1. Stay up for a whole day if you can. If you can't, I'd try to stay awake for as long as you can, taking a quick nap, and waking up. After a day of no sleep, you'll be awfully tired. Wait until the time you'd like to go to sleep (Like 10 PM or something) and then sleep. You'll sleep like a log and you'll be back on track!
2. Maybe you can't sleep earlier because you're on the computer. When I'm on the computer, I can be on for hours and not feel at all sleepy. You should probably limit yourself from the computer.
3. If you're laying in bed and you can't sleep, maybe it's because you have too much on your mind. If that's the case, take a notepad, and write your thoughts down. Clear your head. In the morning you can go back to those ideas later.
4. Listening to classical or boring music might help.
5. When you're trying to sleep, don't think about anything. Just clear your mind and concentrate on your breathing.

Yeah...long distance relationships can really be killers. It'll definitely hurt. My suggestion would be to try to let your heart mend and take a look at the other girls around. If you really think she's the girl for you, I suppose you'll just have to wait. If she waits also, she really does love you too. If she has found someone new, try not to be heartbroken...if she found someone new she was not meant for your then.

Honestly, I would keep the guy as a friend. Online friends are great. You can tell them anything, like you said! I had a crush on one of my online friends, I've known him for years now. I just kept us as friends, and my crush eventually went away. Now we're friends, and I'd much rather prefer him as a friend.
Being a few years younger doesn't matter. What does matter is that you met him online. The online world let's you be whoever you want to be. Lie a bit and you can be 25 if you want. You don't know for sure if this guy is who he really says he is. You've never met him in person, so you'll never know him 100%. What if he has another girlfriend and never told you about it?
Even if you DID trust the guy, there's the obstacle of meeting him. Meeting him could be dangerous. He could be some psycho killer. If he didn't turn out to be a psycho killer, that's good, but how will the two of you date if you guys "hooked up"? It'd be really hard to keep that kind of long distance relationship.
If you just wanted him as an online boyfriend...that's just sad. You can find plenty of other people that are REAL. Plenty of guys to look out for.

Has she just started it for the first time ever? Or has she had periods before? If that was her first time, it could be understandable. It was her first time and she didn't know any better. If that wasn't her first time, you shouldn't be gentle with her at all. Either way, you gotta make her do things herself. All girls and women have their period. A lot of us have cramps and feel horrible, but that does not stop us from going to school, living, working, and any other activities. Heck, atheletes don't postpone the olympics just because they're on their period. Mention this to your friend. She's going to have many more periods in her future. She might as well get used to doing things for herself.
