well i shaved my 'lower area' for the first time the other day and i got this big rash there. i asked my friend what to do and she said to put unscented lotion on it and make sure i wash it. so i did both and nothing is helping. i still have a rash there and the skin is kind of dry. please help..
You should not shave it for a week.. or until its fully grown out again! By that time the rash will be gone.. To help the rash, put baby powder on it! And next time you shave 'down there' dont treat it as if your shaving your legs. Its really sensative so treat it like that! Put a TON of soap or shaving gel there before you shave, and then just go lightly! I would also suggest 'nair' I use that and I dont get rash! Also, when you feel comfortable enough, get a bikini wax!

waterproof mascara! The NYC Brand makes a very good kind.. Also, if your gonna wear eyeliner, dont put ATON on! Or when you go in the pool, it'll get all nasty and you'll look like a racoon when you get out! If you want a tan, dont wear powder or foundation on your face! I would suggest not putting anything on your face so your face can breath and you'll get a nie tan! If your worried about zits, use 'Neutrogena Oil-Free Face Wash' It works really good! Just apply it atleast once every day! And for your lips, I wouldnt go dark for the summer, just a light color like light pink, but not hot pink!

if your hair is brunette or blackish, I would do the green and yellow! If your hair is reddish or blonde, I would do the purple and blue! Because it would compliment your hair!

its actually really normal! people usually get that when theyre scared/excited! As for the fingering thing, only do it if your comfortable! And you should atleast be going out for a month!

Ok, well I give out alot advice my self, but I am unable to think of anything. My story is this: My friend is real big in acting. She does charity plays for small children. She is now pressuring me into going to a summer acting class but I can't go. I have to be free to watch my younger siblings. I want to go, but i also have my responsibility. I've talked to my mom and she says its completely up to me, but I don't know which to choose. If I decide to say no to the class how should I tell her with out hurting her feelings?

You seem like SUCH a nice person! I know I would definantly pick the theatre class but YOU are actually giving this some real thought! Your like my idol.. ANYWAYZ If you feel you have a responsibility, you should try to keep it like that! But maybe you could talk to your mom and ask her if its REALLY okey for you to take these classes with your friend! And if you can't, just wsay you cant because you have responsibility to watching your younger siblings! I'm pretty sure your friends feelings wont be hurt, she'll understand!

I'm Eurasian (half Spanish/Portuguese half Chinese) and i LOOOOVE black eyeliner!!! I'm not sure whether I should line both lids or just the top. I like lining because I think it looks better than just the top but my mom thinks I look unfriendly, evil, sallow, like a raccoon (even though I smudge it with a Q-tip and I put it on lightly!) and like I come from a bad family. I'm 14, I have almond-shaped eyes (but I like have the folds over my eyelids), and brown hair. Help!!!! Sorry if this sounds self-centered, but all my friends are away, and I have nobody else to ask!!! sorry that it was so long! :)

Where it says your feedback.. well sometimes it says like 2 new and I click on it and nothing is there. Plus when I view my feedback on my advice column I only see the ones with commets. Why does it do this?
It does that for mine too! Its because 'feedback' means comments about you! so they only put ones with the comments.. Sometimes it'll just get all screwy, once it said I had 2 in my inbox and there was nothing! its retarded but it only happens once!
