I know that FIT means frequency inensity and TIme and we have to give an example of each and my sport is soccer and ihave 3x for frequency and i don't get what the intensity would be so if someone could tell me what it is tha'd be great!
HA! we did this in 8th grade..ok so intensity is how hard you play. Like, for soccer it would be how hard you ran and kicked the ball. Hard intesity would be non-stop running and not like stopping ot take a breath or whatever.
I use "L'Oreal Paris: Wear Infinite" eyeliner. It's a pencil eyeliner. It works really good..like it comes out dark and doesn't hurt when I put it on. But the only problem is, I'll put it on in the morning, and then by the time I get to school it already wore off! My question is: What's a good eyeliner? This one is like $7. & people say NYC eyeliner which is $1 works REALLY good. What do you think? I need an eyeliner that's going to last all day & that's not TERRIBLY expensive..?
NYC works great. (get the one that twists up) I use NYC on days when I have like no time to put on makeup, but other times like for going to the mall and stuff I use Lancome♥
All of a sudden my internet explorer text got really big like when you click search questions the fonts like 36pt instead of like 14pt. How can I fix this? (I think my brother changed it.)
At the top of the Internet Explorer page you go to the top and 'click' view and then 'text size' and then go on from there!

i got my belly button peirced like 2 months a week ago, and after 4-6 weeks you can change the ring, so i changed mine. but the banana bar i put in has like a little lift kind of on the bottom and so i changed back to my old ring, but its sore, only a little bit though, not like hugely sore. i dont know if its infected .. its not pusing or anything its just red and a little sore. i dont know how to tell if its infected or prevent it from getting infected. What do i do if it is infected? any special cleaning or product thing??
and someone told me that if it gets bad enough it will just fall out?! is that true .. they also said if that happens u wont be able to have kids later in life ... :-/ .. is that true too?

okay hun! i've had my bellybutton pierced from 2 years now. ok if its not pussing or anything then it dosen't sound liek it's infected. 2 months was a little soon for you to change it so it wasn't healed all the way and is just a little sore. nothing to worry about. but to prevent infection you can make or buy this really great stuff called sea salt!! you can get it at piercing places(there its called H20 sea salt spray) or just make it and it cost around $12!! to make it all you do is get a 12oz. bottle of spring water and sea salt (from your local grocery store) and mix it together in the bottle and squirt it on everytime it hurts and its great because it never dries it out or anything!! but the problem is with making it is you have to re-make it every 5 days or so because its not sterile. hope i helped!!

My 9th grade math teacher is so sweet! I am in 10th grade now, and my teacher for Geometry is not a good teacher, so I go to my 9th grade teacher for help! and last year she helped so much, and this year she is helping a lot too! I want to get a picture frame, and on the outside put a wooden ruler and a wooden protractor and a crayon and a pencil. She is from Texas, and proud, so I want to add something from that, but I dont know what. For the picture inside of the frame, she nominated me for student of the month in 9th grade and I won, so I will use the picture of us from that. I am also going to give her some candy and her all-time-favorite soda, Diet-Coke! Anything else?
