i like a boy, but whenever i try to talk to him i get so nervous & i cant think of anything to say. he also has a sense of humor, so i wish i could joke around with him but i'm too nervous. do u have any advice on how to talk to him? thanks (link)

What I did in your situation once was I asked my friend for his screen name to talk with him on AOL Instant Messenger. I said Hey. What's up? It's ____(my name)____. So we started talking and I asked him all stuff about him like the sports he plays. Then in school I started to talk to him more and we got to be good friends and I asked him out. He said yes and we lasted about 3 months. Try what I did.

I just read a really cute book if your into romance type. It's called "Who Needs Boys?" The title is a little weird but its cute. I'm currently reading "The Clique" and it is like a friendship, drama type book. Last, my friend read a book called "The A-List" and she said it was really good so I will read that soon but anyway these are all good books.

Yesterday I got my top ear pierced and the piercer said to wash it, blah blah blah. But he said not to twist it because it's bad for the healing process. And people are telling me to twist it when I clean it to keep it clean.
I got the same spot on my other ear pierced last year, and when it was in it's healing process and I twisted it I nearly had to take it out because it got infected really badly. I thought it got pierced wrong but it could be from twisting

You defiantly should twist the earring because if you don't maybe the earring will heal attaching to the skin.

They cost from about $7.99- about $19.99. These perms don't hold for as long as if you got it done in a salon. A salon perm could cost about $60-$150.
Here is some information:
"Perms"
What is it? A way of hair that you get it chemically curly. It's a loose body wave and gives hair movement and volume.
How does it work? It depends on the natural texture and condition of the hair. If the hair is -straight, large curls are done to create a soft, natural wave. If the hair already has a slight wave, the natural curl is emphasised by focusing on the bottom layers of the hair. This is all achieved with large rollers and strong setting solution.
What hair types are (most) suitable? Those with healthy hair who are looking for a little bit of oomph, or those with the kind of limp hair that just sits there.
Which hair types are not suitable? Anyone with bleached, overcolored hair.
How long does it take? Usually around one and a half hours.

Perms also cause your hair to get damaged, brittle, and rough. It takes a while for your hair to get back to normal. I haven't personally gotten a perm but my mother always said this when I wanted a perm. Also, my friend had a perm done and now her hair dresser said she cannot straighten her hair for about a year or so, until her hair becomes undamaged.

uhm.okay.so,i planned a reunion for my friends in my old school since majority of us moved and we wanna see each other again.i marked the event on the 31st and then i woke up this morning and i realized that i had a tutor session thing on that day!what should i do?i can't afford to change the date of the reunion since everyone is fine with it and they're all not busy.and i can't have it on april 1st cuz its my mom's b-day.i would need to make up an excuse, but what? i'm thinking of saying that i need to go to a gathering..or should i just have someone say that i'm sick and can't go.i know my education is important but its not everyday i could see my friends again, and if i skipped the tutor session on that day, i'd continue anyway.so this is just one oppurtunity, i miss my friends. please help me :(

You can either go the reunion, then the tutor session, and back to the reunion. You can also go to the tutor session and when you are finished you can go to the reunion. Roxy, another thing you can do is schedule the session for the next day so you will still have both activites.

OKay i have Windows 2000 on my computer and i have the internet were you are always online... is there someway that i can log off my computer (not shurtdown) and still have my aim on....where do i go to do that????

You can go to airaim.com and sign on. Then you can shut off your computer but you need to stay connected to the internet modem at all times. Using this website will keep AIM on but you can still log of or shutdown.

i have the sims 2 on xbox and i cant have a baby! ive tried having them "woohoo" in the bed a million times and it never asks me if i want a baby or anything like that. how do i have one? or is there like some cheat where you can? (link)

I'm not sure about Xboxes but on the computer Sims 2 you have to get them relaxing in bed and then click "Try for a baby" no "WooHoo".

well i have this one guyfriend, well we're buddies,he hugs me a lot i would say too much, which i think its kind of weird, well this past friday he said that he was attracted to me in some way. I did not know what to do so i didnt say anything, the worst part is that he has a girlfriend and she talks to me, I feel really bad!... my question is what should I do and how do I know if he was telling me the truth about what he feels for me?? Talk to this guy and say are you serious about what you said and if you felt this way about me why are you going out with [girlfriend's name]. Or you can confront his friend and tell her what is going on so if she hears something she will know that you tried to stop him.
