Im 16 years old, i weigh 110 lbs, and im 5'6, im not fat or anything but i would love to tone my body before school starts, that is, i have ten days and i need some really good exercises, and how advice on how often i should do them!

hi. i kick box. adn how we get in shape is jumping rope. you start at two minutes and do five reps of them in a row.reps are times just in case you do not know. and every week add one minute. and trust me in one week 7 days you will see a diffrents. so in 10 you should be fine. rate me and please wright back.

Hey, im on a diet, but i have no idea what foods to eat.

hi. you can eat steak. thats is what this one girl told my dad when we where at the grand canyon. and he was 210 and you had to be 200 to get on the mule rides down the canyon. and he lost that weight. because it makes your body work to digest the food. hope i helped rate me please and wrigth back.

I will be freshman this year. And I'm so scared and nervous. My curent friends are like family, but I can't really be myserlf around them. They are too much into guys. But I've been through alot with them in middle school. And I don't really have any other close friends. So what should I do? Should I find new friends, or stick with the ones I got? (link)

hi. i was like that with my one friend. we did not talk or go over each others houses for like two years. but then we just started hanging again so i think you should stick with your friends. also we did talk but like only 3 times aweek.

Recently I was given a box of sweet potatoes from a friends garden. Does anyone have any recipes ideas for dishes I could prepare to use them. NO SWEET POTATOE CASSEROLE RECIPES PLEASE! Also, any recipes that could be prepared and frozen for later would be a big help.

hi.ong the best is baking them in foil. the skin and all. and you will know when there done because there soft.and the u undo the foil and cut a line half way throught it. and then you but butter in the cut and brown suger lots of it. and it is healthy for you and it is really sweat liek candy.

I went to a friend's house a couple of days ago, and I got bit by some kind of bug, and now I have a bunch of bites around my ankles and lower legs that seems to be turning into a rash. My vet keeps sending me postcards wanting me to bring in my cat to get her yearly exam and shots. Is this really necessary? When I was a kid, we never brought our cats to the vet. We live in an apartment, so my cat never goes outside or is exposed to other animals. So I don't see a purpose for these vaccines. She was just at the vet 2 months ago for an eye infection, so they know she is in good health. Is it really that necessary that I bring her? (link)

hi. yes it is you can get sick to. like if your cat has like worms the doctor can fix that. but if the cat has worms and you do not bring the cat 2 the vet then you can get them. and there are many more that you can get from your cat. hope i helped rate me and wright back.

I have the weirdest phobia (Well to me) I can not swallow pills. My sister used to have trouble with it too, but she eventually got over it. My younger brother has ADD so he has to have pills so he it's no problem for him. But when I was little I had choked on something and I blacked out before it was dislodged, and even though I know it's not going to happen just because I try swallowing a pill, I still have a "pill phobia". Anyway is there anything I can do that will help me get over it. Or just ways to make swallowing pills easier? I'm almost 15, and a sophmore in high school, and I'm still telling doctors when I'm sick that I need a liquid or chewable, I don't want to be an adult doing the same thing. It's embarassing. I have friends that won't swallow a pill unless they have to, but even if it was the only way, I'd rather just be sick. So if you have tips on making swallowing pills easier or just getting over the phobia, please let me know!! Thanks in advance! (link)

put the pill in long ways do all you have to do is swallow it . not wide but like the way you eat a hot dog angle . and just swallow.

I asked a question about wisdom teeth not too long ago. Thanks to those that answered (with helpful answers). The operation was today, and all went well (except for the pain i'm experiencing lol). im just starting cross country...i used to run just for fun but no matter how good of condition i was in i can never keep my breathing normal. i constantly have to keep fighting to get enough air. how can i change this?? thanks in advanced..
