I was born in USA. so were the parents. I'm part scottish but that side has been in USA for a long time. My last name is scottish aswell. So if I want to go to scotland, would I need a passport? I wouldn't see why if I'm part scottish. Just curious, it looks interesting over there. Do I? (link)

Unfortunatly yes, you do. You'll need a passport in order to travel anywhere outside the country. Even if you are ethnically connected to that origin.
You need it because when you come back to the USA, then the government knows thats your a citizen, and dont need to wait 2 years in line for a new citizenship. Basically, its whats keeping you a legal citizen while you travel elsewhere.

Okay, so i am your typical teenager gilr. I am going to the 8th grade, well alot of my friends have made out and sent some pictures to there boyfriends well i dont really know if i am ready for that. I am the far behind one because i cant talk to my mom about kissing or anything she will spaz out. But is this a bad thing that i dont know how to make out.? I just dont understand the point in it. And i ge made fun of all the time because of it. So should i do this or should i just say the way i am.? Help please. (link)

You know, i never asked my mom how to makeout. I feel like shed probably get mad at me to... but there are other ways to find out.
Making out is actually pretty simple, and alot of fun. I learned to makeout through experiance. I got a boyfriend who had also never made out before, so that way we could learn together and wouldnt be embarrassed if we were bad cause the other wouldnt know any better.
Or, heck, practice on your wrist, no one will know.
It'll come naturally when you actually start making out, so dont sweat it. you have nothing to worry about.
As for people making fun of you, that makes no sense. How could people make fun of you for not knowing how to make out? What do they say?

Okay so i am an average teenage girl! And i like this guy alot but it's like he don't. I want to tell him so badd that i like him but i am on the shy side. I dont like getting rejected because i feel as if there saying i aint good enough or ugly. I wanna know how i can tell if he likes me or like how i can tell him how i feel without things getting akward and not me coming on strong. I just dont know what all to do or say!? Well, as much as you wanna jump all over him, you should play a little game called 'hard to get'.
I know it sounds stupid, but trust me it works.
You need to make him notice you and get him to approach you first, which you can do by hanging out with him in a large group,or just saying hi in the hallways.
Make him come to you first with the texts. Know that guys like chasing after girls, being chased just annoys them. So never be pushy to get answers from him or to hangout.
If you would rather continue acting how you usualy are with him, thats fine to. Just a different approach. Before you tell him how you feel though, make sure you have somewhat of a connection with him - like friends who hang out. If you dont wait till he is comfortable, then you could scare him away.
To tell him how you feel, drop suddle hints every once in a while, asking who he likes or what hes into in girls. And if he asks you the same question back, then admit how you really feel towards him in that question. Just dont make him get the idea that your desperate for him.

I've kissed plenty in the high school halls, and not once have i been caught. Hell...i see people making out and ontop of each other in the high school halls, trust me, nothing will happen.
I think the reason you probably got in trouble was because you got caught kissing someone who is quite a few years older when your around people your age. I dont think its bad to show public affection, but teachers and parents probably thought that it was inappropriate exposure for other kids your age to see.
Plus, as you get older, teachers care less about students having personal space and more about all the dreaded papers they have to correct.

18/f my best friend Nikki is really getting on my nerves. So I used to have this boyfriend who I was like in love with, chase. Chase and I were very close and dated for three years. Nikki and I were not friends when chase and I were together. Nikki has never met chase. But for some reason Nikki always has these stories to tell me about chase. And I've told her I don't care what chase is doing. but she always brings him up. I went to a really big high school. A lot of people don't know eachother. So I know she is bringing him up to people. And people I am friends with at other schools, she's told people she is friends with them. She ha never met my friends from other schools. I don't know why she doe this but I get really upset when she does. And I tell her I don't care to hear it. And she knows the break up with chase was really hard for me, but then yet she always brings him up. I don't know what to say to her. (link)

I best Nikki is just looking for some attention. Maybe trying to act more popular? or...maybe trying to make you and other people jealous.
If i where you, every time she brings up someone that she obviously doesnt know, just question how she knows them by saying things like:
"Do you even know them?"
"When have you hung out with them before?"
or even..."Who told you that?/Where you even there when that happened?"

My grandma is on life support does that mean shes dead or she just unconscious or something? Does life support really help, can it help a person come back? When my aunt was on life a support for being in a coma they just took her off, was she already dead too? Why do doctors put people on life support and take them off a couple of days later?

This is just me personally speaking, but i dont think someone on life support is alive. They are basically just a machine at that point because they are unable to live on their own. Usualy people are put on life support until the family of the patient is ready to let the patient go officially, which is when the patient is taken of life support.
