This weekend i went to the Y and didnt put any suntan lotion on while reading in the sun for 4 hours! now my shoulders, all my stumach is blood red, and so are my legs, i can hardly do ANYTHING including sleep with it. Plus im leaving for the beach in a few days and i dont wanna have to stay inside the whole time cuz the sun hurts my skin now and i dont want it ot get worste. well before you go to the beach rub HAWAIIAN TROPIC CUCUMBER MELON SOOTHING ALOE on it, it works SO well overnight (to make the redness and hurting go down), then when you are on the beach just use waterproof suntan lotion that is any SPF higher than 40 or 45 (i think there is an 80):) let me know how it works out -kelly
