so i have serious confidence issues when it comes to men. if i dont know them or are a bit wary of them or even just in an uncomfortable situation. i freeze up. i wont talk, make eye contact or even talk to my girl friends till they've gone.
if it gets really bad i will start shaking and sweating pretty much uncontrollably. i will usually make an excuse and leave. i fear being left alone with a lad.
that is my worst nightmare as i cant handle the conversation and make a fool of myself which just makes me feel even worse. i just want to be rescued.
its never the individual's fault its just cos there are male. stupid i know but i have very irrational and fucked up thought processes.
i have never revealed the extent of this problem to anyone although i have briefly mentioned it to a few people.
the reasons may be to do with the lack of male presence in my life growing up. (my dad left when i was 4.)
i want to overcome it as im restricting myself to half of the population. im also desperately lonely and would love someone to talk to and be at ease with. my friends are great but they all have boyfriends so i tend to get pushed aside.
i dont know how to overcome it. but i know i want to do it. its just that im soooo scared.

My boyfriend has been perfectly fine all day, and just a minute ago he came back from the bathroom complaining that his eye was burning and itching. He also said that when he looked in the mirror there was pus all inside of it. He managed to get the pus out, but it has continued to itch and burn. My mom told us to put eye drops in it, and that it would more than likely clear it up, but it just made things much worse on him. Now his eye is just burning. He is also complaining of breathing problems and blurred vision. We have recently been to a creek with massive amounts of poison ivy, oak, and sumac, and I am extremely allergic to all three, so naturally I have one of them (or possibly all of the above) all over me. He claims to not be allergic to Ivy, but is unsure about Oak and Sumac. He also has a bit of what looks to be one of the afore mentioned on his...well...privates. Any ideas what this could be? I'm pretty sure its a poison plant of some sort, but mom says its probably just something in his eye. And, if at all possible could you tell me what kind of treatments could be used to help? I appreciate any advice.

okay so.. in our youth group there's like 4 guys (it's a small youth group). but anyways, i've hooked up with one of the guys lets call him A. ive recently realized that i have a hard time talking about myself and my problems to my friends. sometimes i feel like my problems are too boring or too weird compared to other peoples' problems.
for example, way one of my problems that i wish i could talk about is this problem itself. but i feel like i'll be judged badly and im scared that nobody will be interested long enough in what im saying to help me through it.
honestly, the only problem im comfortable with sharing is boy problems because there are so many diff ways you can go with it, and it is "socially acceptable" to have boy problems. everybody has them and boys are fun to talk about! but i dont really have that many boy problems, and its pretty boring to talk about one problem all the time.

both my sisters have there bellybuttons peirced n there septums....well they say bellybuttons hurt more because its skin soft skin...as 2 your septum thats part of your nose so its cartilage like your ears...so it still hurts but not as much and it also depends how well you hadle pain...:]

if you are still cuting then yes i think you should tell some 1 but if you realy are close 2 your coach then tell her if not you can go 2 a counselor or some other person your parents or even a friend...if you stoped cuting then i realy dnt think you need 2 tell any 1 if you stoped... just put a lil foundation on it...there are also so bleaching creams you can buy and use 2 make the scarres fade away...4 now hows a bout band aids?:]
