I am capable of putting eyeliner on the top and the bottom, but what i'm struggling most with is how do you put pencil black eyeliner on the inside of the eyes (the tear ducts, i think)?
Whenever I try to get eyeliner on the inside, it is easily smearing and sometimes goes inside my eye! how do you prevent this? and is there a better explanation of this?

It might be that your using a cheaply-made product. Maybe spluge a little and get a MAC pencil. They seem to work well.

My armpits are really red, I'm not sure what its from but i think it might be from a shower gel I got from a friend for Christmas. So, I stopped using that, and my arm pits are less red but its still there on one pit. Also sometimes theres bumps on that armpit. What can I do to make this go away? Its really annoying. (link)

I think the jean skirt with the brown leggins is fine. maybe other shoes though, only because brown and brown might be too much.

I have terrible luck with guys, but I know one through my best friend and we get along amazingly. He likes me back.
The problem is, my best friend likes him as well and he lives about an hour away and she would get to see him more often than me.
She knew him first, but I would have to say I like him more. And he likes me, not her.
Is it wrong for me to try to purse a relationship with him? And would she have reason to be mad at me over this?

All my life I've had very fine, thick, straight light brown hair with natural blonde highlights.
All of a sudden lately, I've been getting coarser, wavy black hair coming in on my head. The overall texture of my hair isn't changing for the most part, but these hairs are driving me nuts!

If you didn't know, people go through puberty many times. Because all your life, your bodys constantly changing. You might be going through another stage of puberty, thats all.
I use to have pin straight VERY light brown hair, and now, my hair is VERY curly and chocolate brown.
I asked my hair stylist and he said your hair will change more and more, so don't get used to your hair now, because its likely itll change again

Alright. A lot of people are or have been in your position.
Here are some tips.
1. WAIT UNTIL YOUR READY: dont rush it, if you dont think the relationship will workout, why waste your first kiss.
2. YOUR FIRST KISS IS SUPOSED TO BE ROMANTIC: dont kiss in front of people, rumors spread too fast. Make sure your semi by your self, so it can be romantic adna little moment afterwords.
3. STAY RELAXED: Just calm down, you'll probably be nervous, but dont let nerves take control. A kiss [especially your first one] is supposed to be good a memorable... and not from missing her lips and kissing her ear or something. so just relax
