aerobic exercises to lose overall weight:
Skipping
jogging
walking (power)
dancing
Toning your abs:
Sit ups
but also press ups as back muscles help you to tone your abs alot more easily.
crunches
Thighs/Butt:
cycling is useful
power walking
going up and down on one step is very useful.
p.s: try not to rush into it all of a sudden gently ease yourself in and then try to beat personal targets.

hi, 15 year old guy here. well i want to have this wrestling room in my house, when im older, with all stuff wrestlisg in it, like you see people having on tv. and i dont want to sell my playstation 2, because i have like 7 wrestling games on it, and i want to keep them for this wrestling room of mines. im i stupid for wanting a wrestling room? i want some extra cast so i can buy the playstation 3, so i was thinking of selling my playstation2, but i have all the wrestling games on it, and i really want to keep it. any advice? should i let go of this "dream room" or have it?? 15/f. i like one of my guy friends and i don't know what to do. i want to tell him but i'm shy and i'm afraid that if he doesn't like me then it will be ackward between us and we couldn't be friends anymore.
also a lot of other girls like him too. like i know of 2 girls that have already told him that they liked him and he didn't feel the same way and then he doesn't talk to them anymore.

i am from australia, im 16. my name is alice.
well, i met this boy a couple of months ago. he works with me.
i went to work one day < i wasnt working > just syaing hi, and he was there and i hadnt normally seen him there before because he works in the day and i work weekend and arfternoons.. i introduced my self and we started hanging out in the arfternoons when i would go there after school. and then i fell for him. a couple weeks later he moved out of home and moved in with a couple of his friends. and he decided to go back to school for a year to finish year 12, ( i am only in year 10 ) so he stopped working for a bit and we kind of lost touch because he didnt have much money so he couldnt call me or anything. that was about 2 montsh ago.. then i saw him again recently because its holidays,, we hung out and had lunch and just caught up. he has these gorgeous blue eyes that i cant stop staring at, and blonde hair. he's the sweetest guy i have ever met and i really love him. we started workign again toegther recently and we flirt alot. things like tickling me all the time! and calling me cute names. but i dont know whether he just wants to me friends with me or he likes me mroe than a friend. i really want to find out before we go back to school beacuse chances are, we will loose touch again. someone please help me out i just dont know how to tell him how i feel. i cant stop thinking aboout him. when i'm with him i feel happy and secure, but when im not with him i miss him so bad and cant stop thinking about him. please could someone help me out here?

ohkay on my last report card these were my grades..
math, A-
science, A-
english, A-
social studies, B
I'm a smart girl and my parents consider a "B" failing in their eyes. of course i was grounded with no tv no phone and no computer for a week.
my parents think im not trying. the truth is i try my best. i work myself sooo hard i study for everything. none of my friends even study anymore but i study like crazy. i do all my homework i really try and get things done.
my grandpa my mom and my dad had a 3 hour talk with me about how my grades are slipping. okay wow i got a "B" but is it seriously the end of the world? they still think im in 6th grade when you could get an A+++++ without ever studying or trying. i wish they congratulated me when i get all "A's" and 1 "B". they make me so anxious all the time because if i get an 86 or 88 on a test they flip out. once they got mad when i got a 91!!!
i only got A+ in elementary school and a little bit of middle school because it was easy back then. now they expect more of you and you have to work for straight A's. how can i prove to my parents that i do try my best and im not very good in Social Studies and i should be glad a got a "B" (link)

Tell them there's more to life then grades. If your confident of your goals and that you will achieve them you don't need to be pushed by your parents.
Be harsh with them, i know they want the best for you, but maybe they need to cut you from slack.

There is a guy in my grade who 'is like in love with me' according to his friends. However, we have never talked or been introduced and do not have any classes together. The only time I see him is when we are in the halls. I was wondering, how can I get him to talk to me?

Ok..so you see him in the halls right? Smile at him. Then after doing that for a couple of days, if he hasn't had the courage to walk up to you and talk to you, walk by him and grab his hand, and put a note in it...either with your email address or phone number.
I'm sure he's more confident when your not infront of him, and then, give it a couple of days and you'll end up talking to each other in person.

You've just gotta weigh up the options, if you don't ask..you won't feel embarassed, go red or anything like that. However, if you do ask, he might think your cute, you might swap phone numbers and even go out on a date, if he doesn't see you in that way, atleast he'll be a friend!
