yeah i went to our softball/baseball fields for the WHOLE day today and i have the worst fricken sunburn on my most sensitive shoulder right now and I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO! it hurts WICKED bad! is there anything else to put on it besides aloe or burn cream because that isnt doin much right now! Ok I'm 13/F . I will be starting a competative swim team tomorrow morning and it will last all summer. I will have practices 1 hour for 3 days a week and a swim meet (competion) every Thursday for 3 hours. My question is, can I expect to lose a few unwanted inches on my stomach, thighs and legs with all this swimming? (Im hoping maybe 2 maybe 3 in on thighs, 1 or 2 on stomach an 1 or 2 on arms) I'll rate!! :) thanx! (link)

Use pantene Conditioner and leave it in for 3 minutes this should help you hair. Hope this helps.

Ok, I have 2 best friends, Jackie and Mary. Even though they are both my best friends, I think of Jackie as more of a BEST BEST friend, you know? Someone I can call everyday and talk to her. Recently, all 3 of us got in a big fight because of something stupid I got mad at, and Mary and Jackie are growing really close. Now, I CANT call Jackie every day and I CANT talk to her because I feel like we arent even friends anymore and I feel like she doenst like me. I really dont want to lose either one of them as friends, but I dont want Jackie and Mary to become best friends and leave me out. I know Im being really selfish, but I want things back to how they were. I get jealous so easily when Mary does things with Jackie cause its like I want Jackie all to myself. Okay well it seems like this guy is a playa. He is trying to get both of you. I would just blow him off. Try to get him off your mind. Chances are since youre only 14 there will be alot of drama with you and your friend and him. I would think you are a lot better off without him.

Last year I dyed my hair black and i've kept it black since then. I am now trying to get my hair back to a more natural color: dark brown-light brown. I tried Herbal Essences Dye.. It was called Iced Bronze or something like that.
It just dyed my roots brown and make the black in my hair a really odd color.
If anyone knows a good brand and/or color of dye that will completely cover black, let me know!!

I dont know any color that would go over black really well but i do know that a hairstylist can strip the color from your hair back to your natural color. Hope this works.

ok..I've known this guy for about 9 months. Ever since i met him, i've liked him a lot. when i told him i had feelings for him, we went out immediately. we were crazy about each other until another kid, *nick* started hanging out with me. i dumped the guy for *nick*, which i knew would be a huge mistake. the other guy was heartbroken, and to be honest i was too. i went out with *nick* for about 2 week then broke up with him because i still had really strong feelings for the other guy. so then me and the other guy went back out with each other for about 2 weeks total and then he broke up with me. He was the first guy i actually cried over. so now hes going out with another girl and i feel like a piece of crap because i still REALLY like him but i dont think he knows it. It's killing me how much i still like him and i've tried so hard to see other guys but NOTHINGS working..I REALLY NEED SOME HELP!! (link)

I have some minor acne on my face, its so really bad, but its on the back of my shoulders too. & its really irritating, I use that Clean & Clear stuff, but that dosen't seem to work to weel, & I had this percriptioned stuff that worked very well, but it ran out, & so I'm going back to the dermatologist soon. But what are the ways I can clear it up as fast as I can?

Okay lets get one thing straight. Your 14 which means you have hormones going crazy. Happens to me also... all the time just when i think it clears up it comes back up. But if you really think its bad there is FISODERM. you can get it at Walmart. My bro used to have it bad on his back and he showered with that for 1 month and it was Cleared up. Hope i could help.

Ok i know i just did something really stupid but i was bored so i put on some fake nail with nail glue and i took one off and like its really nasty looking on my real nail the glue is and i cant get the glue off my real nail how can i do this?

Oh thats an easy question. This happened to me before, thats why i only used fake nails once. Okay really easy go to the store (like walmart) they have this bottle that helps get nail glue and fake nails off it just shaves it off. Ask someone about it and they should show you where it is. I was a cutter... im not anymore. I did it for about 2 months and finally my boyfriend got me to stop on my own. So, i made some pretty interesting designs when i cut myself... I cut in the middle of my forearm and i made shapes like hearts and stars and stuff and ive quit back in February. I wear a wristband now, but, my parents haven't found out that i used to cut myself. So, what my question is, is there a way i can get the scars to be not very visible for summer? Because i know that i will be swimming a lot and be real active... help is appreciated and im getting sick of wearing a wristband all the time... (link)

Dont worry about it There are many solutions. Vitamin E. Aloe Vera works really well. It will help them be less noticable. And if your parents ask... tell them the truth you have nothing to hide. You quit on your own and your better now. Hope i could help.

Going to the doctors is the only way to handle this. You probably have herpes 1 or herpes 2. And i think it is treatable im not sure, But you do need to go to the doctors its the only choice you have... Unless you wanna talk to your mom or dad about it, and ask them questions. Umm... i think what your looking for is PERSONALITY. try and talk to him and become his friend. Make up helps but dont slather it or cake it on make it look natural have your sis or mom help you, if you dont want their help just do it yourself you know what looks good and looks like crap. Ya i really wouldnt pierce it yourself b/c it could get majorly infected it is not pretty. I would just listen to your moms advice... unless your 18 and up then you can get it without parents concent but if your not old enough you proly wont wanna do it just yet. It is alot of work to take care of and you have to buy different products just for a little ring in your stomache. Hope i could help.
