i have tried all kinds of ways to get my self esteem up. but i just cant figure it out. i like myself a little bit more then i used to but not much. i want to love myself so that people can see the confidence in me because they like that. but i dont know how to raise my self esteem. any ideas, advice, whatever? lol

You have said there are things you like about yourself, when you feel insecure just focus on those things, they will boost your confidence. If you feel that doesn't work, try acting confident think of someone you admire and look up to and what they would do if they felt this way. I hope this hasd helped.

The only advice I can give is not to worry. Just relax. Enjoy it you will find it just comes naturally. Or just let him know how you are feeling, he'll understand.

I have been in this situation before. Do you really want your boyfriends best mate, or are you just looking for a way out of your relationship.
You have already said that he will be really depressed if you tell him, but if he finds out later, will it not hurt him more?
Honesty in this situation is always the way to go if you want to stand any chance of being friends after. Initially he will be hurt but he will respect you for your honesty in the long run.

Dont believe everything you read online! It's likely that she hasnt lied at all. She said she was going away for the weekend, did she tell you exactly where she was going? Did you even ask her? In all honesty it think you need to talk to her in person, it seems that it could jus be a small mis understanding.
