Right click, go to properties, click desktop, and there should be a color chooser.
That should work, if you have windows.

If you have it saved try right clicking and choosing "open with" and then "paint."
If not - open it and push alt + prt scrn and then past it into paint.
Then click "image" and then "stretch/skew."
It's easier to enter it by 50/50, or 25/25 or 15/15.

in movies or pictures, ive seen peples bedroom walls covered in a collage of pictures and things from magazines. i love how that looks, and id love to do something like that. how can i attatch the pictures and things to my wall? tape wont hold for that long, so im dont know what to use. any ideas would help!

Sticky tack.
It works like... magic.
Or poster adhesive. They're like little sticky squares, but you'd have to buy a shit ton of them.
Go with sticky tack.
Or if your parents don't care - super glue.
I recently had to use super glue because the sticky tack I was using was old (reused from before I painted my room.

It doesn't matter what color your hair is, really. So... why would it matter if your hair is blonde? It doesn't, really.
As for it being at your shoulders - you'd have to do a shorter version of that, or get extensions.

Then don't get extensions, but you won't be able to copy that girls hairstyle. You need to be pretty sure about what you want before you do something - if you aren't, you're really going to hate it when you're done. As for hair extensions - if you do get them, opt for the ones that you get done professionally. Home done extensions often look like trash. I've seen one too many extension disasters.

How does pink and purple have anything to do with "emo" hair. Basically, most of the time, "emo" hair is an accident. Too many cuts, enough pixie tipping... snorting coke. (Totally joking about the last one.)

It depends on your hair type, your willingness to style, style, style - you can't have "messy and completely beautiful" just magically within a haircut. It's a hair STYLE.

Anyway! Conclusion:
Look through magazines and websites, and find your own thing. You don't want to copy that girl's hair. It's not original, and without knowing how thick/thin coarse/soft her hair is, you'll never know if you're even able to do that kind of hairstyle.
(One of my friends has something similar, and she's trying to grow some of the layers out - she says it's "hell in a headlock." and that she "looks like David Bowie in Labyrinth on cocaine - only less blonde.")

(And I'm seriously not trying to knock emo hair, I have the worst example of it myself, as do many of my friends.)

The hot orange and hot pink will get really old, really fast. The bright colors are more likely to give you a headache.
My friend's room is orange and purple and it's wicked horrible.
My sister's room is alternating purple and blue stripes with a pink ceiling and the colors are so bright that it's crazy.
If I were you, I'd go with the light blue and light green.

My freshman year a bunch of seniors had sardines. They littered them all over the school (someone in my homeroom shoved one up in a bunch of record books and we all believe it's still there - I'm going to be a senior in August). Some of the teachers outlined the sardines in chalk and all day we say little body outlines.
Live bait in freshman lockers wasn't too funny.
My sophomore year someone painted a large penis on our football stadium.
And all year this year seniors stole staplers, erasers, hole punches - and finally the balls in the mice for the computers. Then stacked a ton of desks up in the hallway. The chairs were removed before any students saw them. I was told by a teacher about it.

But - my advice to you is that you shouldn't do anything too crazy. If you get suspended the last week/weeks of school - it's likely that they won't allow you to graduate/walk at graduation.

like, one day i asked my mom why i have bags under my eyes and she said it was because its basically hereditary and even if you get enough sleep its still gonna be there.

My little sister and a few of my uncles have these "hereditary bags" that you speak of.
It's an iron deficency.
I'm not saying that's what you have (though asking your doctor about iron deficiencies or the effect of lack of iron in your body is a good idea) but it's a possibility.
Taking vitamins rich in iron would help a lot.

My cousin has hers done and has a nose ring and snakebites, and did it all herself, she also did her best friends (and my lip at one point) she says it feels the same as doing your lip.

Bags under your eyes are also a sign of an iron deficiency, as a heads up.

Vitamins rich in iron.
If you take them.
You'll have iron.
Then you won't be iron deficient.

so apparently $50 Hollister jeans cant hold up, because now right on corner of my back pocket, a hole which started and used to be small has now stretched to literally the size of a quarter or bigger.
ive been puttin duct tape on the inside to cover it when i go to school & work.. but it looks kinda retarded.
wut can i use to cover it?
someone said patches.. but unless im stupid that would be like a patch over the outside right? which would look pretty dumb on my butt.

Most patches are intended to go on the outside.
If you are capable of hand stitching (which isn't hard) hand stitch the patch to the inside of your jeans - or just stitch the hole together.
There is really no other way to fix it unless you want to safety pin it together, but then you run the risk of ripping it even more if the safety pin tears out.

Ok.. where to start. This could relate to a lot of categories so please just bare with me.
I'm in a bit of a situation. I'm 19 years old, female. I have a boyfriend of two years. He's nearly 21 and I live with my grandparents.
First of all my grandmother is extremely strict on me. Curfews and things like that stopped when I turned 18 last year. Curfews aren't the problem though.
I have been with my boyfriend for two years as I said and she wont let me sleep with him. I have been sleeping with him for the last 12 months. He was my first and is the only guy I have ever been with sexually. I did everything right. I am on the pill and we always use protection.
Recently I had enough of her ways and told her how I felt and told her that I have been sleeping with my boyfriend. She completly hit the roof and went off at me and called me a slut.
I honestly don't think I deserved to be spoken to like that. I have spoken to my Aunty a number of times about this so she knows of everything that had been going on between my boyfriend and myself.
I have tried to speak to my grandmother about this and the last time ended up in tears like every other time. She even told me to pack my f*cking bags and leave if I wasn't happy.
The problem is that I don't do anything wrong and she still seems to think I need all these strict rules. I don't. Just because I can think and do things for myself doesn't mean I don't need her anymore. I told her this.
I asked her what do I do that is so wrong.. She couldn't give me an answer. She's only hurting herself because she is pushing me away.
I did well in school, I use to work for a lawyer now I work for a doctor. I don't drink alcohol except for christmas and things like that. I don't go to the pubs every weekend like most 19 year old girls do.
My boyfriend and I love each other very much and just want to be together. We shouldn't have anyone stand in the way of that. We have in the last few months decided that we want to live together and start our life together. We are good people so why does this happen?
What is she protecting me from?!? She tells me that she loves my boyfriend and he is a lovely person. I can't win. I am on the verge of just moving out. I don't know how to deal with the stress anymore. It hurts.
Am I just being selfish or is she just too over protective? I don't want to feel miserbale anymore!

I actually think your grandmother is in the wrong here.
Legally you are of (actually over) the age of consent. You are a legal adult and your grandmother has no say over your life.
If you and your boyfriend are serious about living together and can do so without putting a great financial strain on yourselves then do it.
Your grandmother has no right to control you in such a fashion anymore.
