ahh. okay i have two questons.

the first one is.
how can i make my hair grow faster. like long quick.

the second one is.
how can i loose weight quick. like in a week. around 5 pounds. or just get a flat stomach. ah. quick. im going on a class trip thing to a water park and yeah.
dont like lecture me about like dieting and etc.

there really isn't a way to make hair grow faster. there are some shampoos & conditioners that supposidly make it grow but i don't think they work.

as for the weight, it's possible if you're willing to really commit. cut out ALL junk food including pop. drink lots of water & work out. try to eat healthy foods like fruits & veggies. do some sit-ups, crunches, & run. it's going to take some work but it's possible.

you really aren't that pale. really, that color is fine. if you want to see pale, look at my picture.

but if it really bugs you that much, i would suggest some of that self-tanning lotion stuff or something.

just wear a light colored dress so you don't look as pale. dark colors make you look paler.

whats the best kind?

well that depends on what you're looking for.

if you need a good anti-perspirant, like you have a sweaty armpit problem, i would use arrid extra dry.

if you're just looking for something that smells good, if you're a guy i would go with old spice. if you're a girl, i would go with secret or teen spirit. those work as anti-perspirants too but arrid is better.

i have my period and its really bad like every 10 mins i have t ogo take a shower it just is really heavy.. and im planning to sleepover my friends house ( a boy) sat+sunday is there anything i can do to make it lighter .. it started yesterday ( wends)so anything.

i know this isn't healthy but try not to eat much. like only eat breakfast, lunch, & dinner. it really helps slow it down & make it not so heavy. also, i've heard that caffeine makes it not last as long.

I just got a new bathing suit, and i got 2 tops w/ one bottom peice. One top is a tankini, and the other is a bikini (and fits loads better than the tankini), but its one of the non-slutty ones. The problem is, i'm a total chicken and don't know if i have enough guts to wear the bikini in public. I've only ever worn one peices and tankinis, so i'd feel pretty awkward. I have a pretty average body, too. i'm definitely not fat, but i don't have a perfect body, by any means. so, should i just stick to the tankini? or if i should wear the bikini, how can i overcome the insecurities? I just wanna swim, not worry.

well think about it. you'll be in the water most of the time so people won't really see your stomach. when you get out of the water, just cover your stomach with your arms.

to overcome the insecurities, you just have to wear it more. you'll get more comfortable with it & eventually not care. it happened to me, i used to hate bikinis because i'm so pale. but now i'm used to bikinis & i'm fine with it. it's not like someone's gonna say, "dude, that chick looks disgusting in that bikini!". nobody really pays attention to that.

Hello. I had no clue what category this would go under. I was going to look to see if anyone else has asked this before, but I wasn't sure where they would've put it. My lips are burning really bad right now and they usually don't this much. I use just regular chapstick a lot throughout the day and I put a lot of it on. I use the mint, cherry and strawberry kind. Sometimes the regular kind too. I don't know if there's any chapstick or lip gloss that has made your lips really soft before, to where they're not chapped often or even burning. If anyone knows please let me know asap! I'll be going to the store soon. Thank you very much. Oh and it's not that my lips are chapped. They're soft, but right now they're burning. So I just want something really good that you've used before.

I have a Sony Network Walkman Bean && its white. Anyways, I think my cousin toyed with it and now my volume settings have been changed. So instead of going all the way up to 30, it goes by three bars, low, medium, high. [5, 10, 15]. How do I change it back?

well i dont have that mp3 player but you havent gotten an answer yet so i'll try to help you.

i would try & go to the menu & play around. see if there is anything that might fix it. go the the volume settings or something. i'm sure there's something on the menu about that.

if that doesn't work, take it to the store you bought it from & ask them if they know how to change it back.

seriously i hate them right now.

i had almost the same situation as you a week ago. about your pictures, i would only have pictures of you in like sunglasses or with your friends. that would maybe make your parents feel better about having pictures on it.

as for the privacy thing, just show them you are mature & know how to be repsonsible. explain to them you don't like them reading all of your private things. don't yell at them, calmy explain it. they might understand.

i would wait. i think your best friend would get pretty pissed at you if you told him. because then that might make her think you're trying to break them up. that also would give the guy a reason to dump your best friend. then if he asked you out.. yeah you can see where this is going. so yeah i'd just wait.
