I'm a 13 grl and I'm really self concious about my body. I always think I'm fat but my friends say I'm not.. But I think they r just being nice.. I've thought about becoming anerexic. I know how it hurts ur body and stuff but I dont care. I've eaten less in tha last few days. Am i becoming anerexic? How do you know if you are?

you can always tell when your anorexic if..
1.) your hair falls out
2.) you become extremely ugly
3.) your really pale
4.) your never hungry

babe, it doesnt make you prettier. being skinny is one thing, but tell me honestly- would you give up your life to lose a few pounds?

I've been going out with this guy for about 1 month and a half. He cusses me out every once in a while for stupid reasons. But other days hes as sweet as can be. 3 of my friends say I should break up with him, but I love him a lot. Today, when school was out, he seen me and stayed like 50 feet from me and wouldn't even come over and talk to me. It's like he always trys to ignore me. It's just weird how he can be nice one day and an ass the next..whats wrong? Is it him or me? What should I do? Should I listen to my friends? Or stay with him?? I really love this guy and I don't want to break up with him, but everyone says its for the best i just don't want to though!! 14/f/tn

honestly, i don't think its love. you can't love somebody and be with them for a month. if its this bad after a month, what about a year? do you like feeling like this? do you like being confused? is he worth the pain? it's not a good feeling to know your friends don't approve. think about those questions, they can help.

From personal experience, what is the best self tanner out there? Not toooo drastic and def. not streaky or fake orange looking, and I know there's some decent ones out there because some people who have said they've used them look natural. I don't want to use a tanning bed and the mystic tans look HORRIBLE and orange, but i want to be a little bit tanner for the homecoming which is coming up in 2 weeks. Any suggestions?

it depends on your skin color if you turn orange. if you have brown under tone then you will get tan.. if you have yellow under tone then you will get orange and if you have red undertone it will probably turn orange too.. try to figure out what kind of skin tone you have and then look at the back of the bottle and it will tell you what matches it

Okay, this is sick n I really dont talk about it wit anyone cept muh BEST FRIEND cuz we talk bout everything good bad w/e. ok i'm not here for advice or anything but i was just reading on this page and it comes to me that ya'll caught up in wordly stuff and yea i know its hard but i'm a believe in christ and its soo awesome you dont have to worry about anything.Don't try to change yourself for something you want, it shouldnt matter because he really is the only thing in life that matters! The ONLY THING! Think about it...who cares about all the worldly stuff of popularity and success and clothes and all that...pleasing God is what matters and what will make us happy and plus, He promises to take care of our every need. I just want to encourage you all to press on and to grow in the Lord. Sure, we will all make mistakes, but just keep your eyes and heart set on things above not on earthly things(Colossians 3:2). I use to worry bout what i wore and how i looked and wanted to impress people but i was living for the wrong thing and ever since i asked jesus to live in my heart and i gave my life to him ,everything has been soo awesome i found the most awesome guy hes now my boyfriend and i couldn't be any happier. I never have to worry about him cheating or being unfaithful to me b/c all we want to do is glorify god and we're just attempting to let God write our love story. Don't even worry about boys and if you n your boyfriend are struggling it may seem like the worst thing that has happened to you but god is doing it all for a reason he has something better in store for you and just wants the best for you. and girls you may dress or try to get a body a certain way to catch boys eyes but trust me its not worth it, you'll just attention for the wrong reason. i don't think you should be worried about the cheating thing, i think you should be worried more about how much attention your not getting. unless you see him flirting with a certain girl, you should stick to talking about him not talking to you enough.

My hair has gotten really dry over the summer, because of the sun. the sea and because i straighten it all the time. Do you know any products or treatments which might help.

when you buy new shampoo and conditioner, look at the back of the bottle. if it says it includes any type of wax, you shouldn't use it. that not only dries out your hair, it makes it oily faster! herbel essense or suave would be great examples of something NOT to use. straightening is something you just cant stop doing, right? you don't have to stop- just turn the heat level down.. it will fry your hair less.

so i am goin into da 8th grade and my skin is tan and i have dark brown eyes .i dont kno which eyshadow to use, and i don't know what i shud do wit my hair, my hair is dark brown and is straight. please help.

if you are going for the natural look, (which would be a good idea because you have tan skin with brown hair and eyes) you should try some brown eyeliner and lighter brown eyeshadow. it all depends on the clothes you wear that day.

hey! maybe since your not happy with your boyfriend, you should break it off with him before homecoming. if you promised to go with him, though, you should go with him. if you didn't, then take a friend. i've heard its a lot of fun that way
