I've heard many times that it is healthiest to eat breakfast within an hour of waking up because it boosts your metabolism. But in the morning I want to walk for one hour..but I also heard it is better to eat AFTER exercising rather than before.
What can I do?

walk, then eat. your metabolism will already be high from the excercise, & the breakfast afterwards will boost it even more. =]

K,
so after my period last month, my boyfriend and i had sex twice. Both times we had used condoms, and they didn't break because he checks after every time. I'm 2 and a half weeks late for my period, yet I've been under a lot of stress... such as my boyfriend moving a state away, starting a new job, my parents not talking, plus this whole situation. I haven't had any of the symptoms of pregnancy, except hot flashes in the midde of the night; only because my bed covers my A/C vent and I don't have a fan in my room. What are the chances of me being pregnant? (link)

chances are you're not pregnant. right after your period is the best time to have sex, because the risk of pregnancy is a lot lower. i'm guessing the stress is why you're late. that's a lot to deal with. =]

when i went to my doctor she said to wait a month to start having unprotected sex. but the pamphlet that came with the birthcontrol said you only have to wait a week. so im confused i dont want to wait a month to start having unprotected sex. anyone know? (link)

it sounds like an excellent deal, except for the mileage. a car with that many miles probably isn't going to last a whole lot longer. you can do better with $2,000. =]

the chances of you being pregnant are slim to none. once sperm hits the air, almost all of it dies. buy a pregnancy test to ease your mind. & talk to your doctor about birth control. =]

I took the morning after pill right a couple hours after having sex but I am suppossed to get my persiod in two weeks so I am afraid I could get pregnant I really can not afford to get pregant at such a young age. I am praying that I am not pregnant cause my family will not be happy. do you have any advise. When is to soon to take the pregnancy test I really want to know if I am pregnant or not.
