First, let me preface this by saying that this is going to a bit long and that I'm not highly religious. I always believed that if you lived your life morally and right, God or the cosmos or what have you, would reward you in a way. You would be able to affect people's lives by the way that you live.
So I've lived my life well- I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, engage in pre-marital sex, am always kind, and work hard helping others, however, I'm losing my faith that its all meaningful. It seems to me that people in general are becoming too superficial. There is no more great search for knowledge and truth and TRUE beuty. People don't trust people anymore- always thinking the worst ulterior motive, even when there is none. I feel like I'm fighting a dying battle to keep a little bit of innocence and purity. Am I just being naive thinking that if I keep living my life the way I am, will "reward" me in the end? Am I the only one who feels like this? Am I the only one who thinks that we're not progressing but rather giving in to our most carnal urges? I'm losing faith and I know eventually all the people I help will feel it by the way I treat them. Your input would be appreciated.
well i have an answer for you.If you live your life as a "good person" you can't say youre goin to heaven because you won't.You have to have a relationship with God and get saved to go to heaven.Its not hard it just takes you talking to God from your heart.And if you ever get confused talk to God and read the Bible.
Okay! Im a Catholic. And I have no problem with it. Well, I know that you arnt supposed to cuss and say mean things, exs- raciest things and gossip ect. Well I have an African American Boyfriend- Im White. Anyways these kids on the bus are so mean to me. Like they know that my boyfriend is Black. And like the other day this one kid says "My brother had this dream and he was telling it to my mom. and his mom was like ' well Martin Luther King had a dream and he got shot' " and i was like you guys know that I dont like racist jokes. And like they cuss all the time, and i told them that i dont like it, and then most of the time when i say that i dont like it, theyre like "F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ F*^ " and Its so mean! and like My boyfriend got me all into the Bible and like so now i know how bad lying really is and same with cussing, and like one time i told them a bunch of stuff, about my boyfriend, and then i regreted telling them because they always made fun of me for it. so i told them that i was lying and then i said that i was lying like right after i told them not to lie,so they made fun of me for that too. and and i was like well that was beofre i learned all of this stuff about the Bible. and then they would make fun of me like "IM SAVED" like and say totally sarcastically. Yah- so I know that you're supposed to ignor people like that, but not doing anything about it is just as bad as you doing it yourself. and i dont want voilence.
So any advice? I always rate a 4 or a 5 or nothing!!!

well i went thru the same thing.im Christian and people used to make fun of me but not anymore because i go to a Christian school.but all you can really do is 1st dont let them see it bothers you,thats what they want.And 2nd,talk to God ask Him to help you!
I am jewish, people tell me all the time that in their religion there is a trinity of some sort. My question is how can Jesus, The Holy Ghost, and _________ make up G-d? I dont know the third one either.

im 18 years old and my boyfriend and i have been together for almost a year and were thinking about having sex.. if we do, do i need to see a gynocologist (sp?). thats what ive heard but i need to know if its really necessary and how i would set it up. and what would happen there if i went?

im 14/f n ive noticed ive gain sum weight this year... ive never been really skinny my whole life or fat but i would jus lyk to flatten my stomach i rilli never do any sports like i should.. jus take gym n swim wen im bored and in the summer on the swim team, but i have a new friend i had since last year that eats 24/7 shes pretti much my size mayb a lil smaller if that.. shes a cheerelader so she excerise more n since ive been hangin out wit her, ive been eating alot.. i dont want to have a eatin disorder n i eat alot of healthy food i jus dont kno wut else 2 do.. i rili wanna feel good about my self before summer comes so if anyone has advice plz help me..

ok its a long one. i just moved to this state 2 months ago and everyone is contry as hell i mean gold teeth, 10,000$ rims on a 1976 impala contry i had trouble meeting pepoel that i could relate to. (im from the east coast)Now i have found three man they each have what i am looking for one is a firefighter ,the other works at the radio station but is in school for broadcasting(his dad is a broadcaster at the local station) and the last has a great job he graduated and is making serious money. they all want me. i dont know who to choose the one who graduated takes me to fine restarants and we drink wine and go to the do theater which has always been my dream but he cant kiss to save his life. the firefighter is older has his own home and well older man know how to make a woman feel right opens doors,pays the check, ect. Now the youngest is very outspoken and tells in how it is which is good for me he keeps me grounded and in the real world they all have what im looking for. if i knew who loved me more thats the i would choose so does anyone know away i can test their feelings please let me know. all confused

16/f. I've been really curious about tanning salons. I really want to go to one, but my mom is kind of hesitant to let me do such a thing. Aside from it looking "fake", is it as dangerous as a tan from the sun, or is it less harmless? Also, my arms are tan (I have a "farmers tan") from wearing short sleeves, but I can't wear tank tops, show my stomach or even wear low cut tops (I don't want to wear TOO low cut tops, but right now, everything under my neck line is white...) and I want to get rid of that, so how would I even it out in a tanning bed?
well first of all tanning beds arent healthy theyre actually bad 4 you, but if u must...(!) then you should ask the lasy at the front desk how u oculd even out a tan.

okay so , ever since the beginning of school there was this guy that I liked, Rob. Hes really cute and everything, hes a freshman and im a sophomore. Well. I never did anything about it because well, Rob seemed as if he were out of my league. and he never paid attention to me. Well I know his mom because his mom works at the school and i have 2 classes with her. So what happens is, last week. I go to lunch and my friend has bible study with robs mom....my friend told me that Robs mom said that Rob has been trying to talk to me for the longest time and everytime he gets a chance,I walk away by accident...So I didnt believe it at first, but then my friend goes, and she works at a resturaunt, and Rob went to the resturaunt alone...So since he went alone, my friend had a waitress friend of hers go talk to him so she goes up to him and askes "Do you know a girl named Kelly" and he goes "Yeah" and she goes" Do you think shes hot" and he goes " I think shes pretty, shes not ugly" and she asked a bunch of questions...so it ended up that he was supposed to talk to me the next day at lunch, I knew he wasnt going to , so my friend was like * FINE im gonna go talk to him* and im like * FINE i dare you* i didnt think she would...but she did...and i dont know WHAT she said, but i deicided to try to be unnoticable, but she pointed right at me when i was sitting on the cafeteria floor... well i got home, and i asked my this friend of mine Justin, who also knows Rob...for Robs sn...he gives it to me, and i told him to keep it all on the downlow that i asked for it...then he goes "lol do you know who he likes" and I was like " no who" and he goes " I donno 0:)* and he puts the angel face, and everytime i asked him ... he put the angel face. WELL then I go onto my myspace, and i see that Rob commented on my page and he says "Heyy this is Rob. Whats up? Oh, and your friend, really did ask me those questions just so you know...oh can i have your sn if you have one, comment back on my page and give it to me byee* and so i was like * woooowwww he asked for my screen name* but yeah, then i talked to him twice already online...and hes extremley nice, and well the second time i talked to him , we were talking about Napoleon Dynamite, and randomley he goes * so are you going to the dance* and the dance is on the 26th...and i was like * neh , who knows, I dont really wanna go if i dont have anyone to go with you know? If not, then im just plannin on going to the movies that night or something who knows :-)* and i was like what about you? and he goes * idk i might not sure yet* and so i was like * ooo cool* and then i told him that i saw him at the other dance with his ex, and he tells me how much he hates his ex now and he asked me if i had any x's and i go * nope* and he goes * oh you dont? Im sorry* and im like * nah its fine, ive had my chances blah blah blah * and then he goes * so im guessing youve never done anything with a guy...or have you* and i go * nah i havnt lol, id rather have a guy who likes me for who i am, rather than for what i do* and he says * good choice* and then he had to leave, but, yeah, me and him dont talk at school i guess its cuz were shy , but i mean... why would his mom say * hes been trying to talk to her for a while* you know? I dont know, do you think hes interested in me...do you thimk he likes me? or what....OH and I asked Justin if Rob liked a freshman and he said * yeah he likes a freshman girl* so me being a sophomore..its not me...and then Rob goes and tells me that Justin is dumb and that I shouldnt talk to him and i asked if he lies and he said * ummmmm yeahh* and i go *even when it comes to keeping friends secrets?* and he goes * yup* and so I dont know...what do you think?! How can you slim down your legs? I have big thighs and I was just wondering if there is a way to slim down ONLY your legs.
this really helps:lay down on the ground and slowly lift your legs (keep them 2gether) and slowly bring them back down but dont let them touch the floor.its really hard,but remeber u have 2 do it really slow.
