I don't know what to do anymore. My little brother thinks im pyscho. Today, my mom asked him to take out the trash and walked away. After she left he refused to do it and stated that I should do it because I never do anything. But, I had helped my mom ALL day with getting ready for this garage sale. So, I told him that he should do it because he was told to. He started screaming and freaking out on me. So after like a half hour of that I punched
him. I just can't take it anymore!!! That's the first time i've ever hit him, and I don't even feel bad about it. He's hit me louds so i guess that's why. I don't want to apologize, but how should I handle my anger from now on??? (link)

Well i think whenever you start getting mad go some place that you can get away from him like you room or the bathroom and just relax, cool off. or if you like exersizing take a short walk. i have a horrible temper this always helps me

Wall sits are good for working out your butt. Press your back against the wall and lower yourself, so that you're in a sitting position. Do this for thirty seconds every day, lengthening the time slightly every few days.

On your browser, you should have the menu for 'file', 'edit, 'view', etc.
Click on view and drag your cursor down to 'Text size'. There you can choose the size of your font. :)

Don't hold on to past disagreements; bury the hatchet with those you aren't very fond of! Grudges get you no where, and that's coming from a master grudge holder. In order to gain friends, you have to be a friend.
And all guys are idiots.. none of them are actually going to say that you're pretty, so just take pride in yourself and smile politely when you recieve the compliment. The right guy will come along eventually!

OKay. Make a long story short. I went out with this Varsity football player for like 5 days! But he's either at work or football so i called him to break up with him (Cause i never saw him) n he was like hey call me abck in 20 i'm almost home. so i did and he didnt answer. it was almost 12 and i had to get up in 5 hours so i was like uuugh n left a voicemail asking if we could be friends! i know it was mean but it was like 5 days i didnt think it'd be a big deal. so like 2 days later i called n he was cool said he got the voicemail said he didnt hold grudges then had to go. so i saw him today (like a week later) and he was cold. like my sis drove off so i walking with him back to his work from the liqour store next door n said she was yelling at me for being a caddy bitch and i was really sry bout the whole voicemail thing, n he shrugged n walked inside.
I FEEL TERRIBLE AND I STILL LIKE HIM i need to talk to him asap!! but he works till 11!!! how?!?!|

well the best thing to do is if you still like him keep cally and emailing or text message or anything to get to him. but dont call execivly
But get to him and tell him, you still like him tell him your sorry but also tell hiim why you broke up, you never saw him. i see it as if it was only 5 days and you never saw him anyway he is just being a drama king. but just try to talk to him

My boyfriend, Justin, and I, went to a rodeo tonight. This one girl, Destanie, was there. She likes him. Alot. And she doesn't like me at all (for what reason I don't know.) Anyways, she came up and was all over Justin and he was backing off and stuff and she pulled him aside and started telling him how I was cheating on my and walking down the hall with some guy holding his hand and stuff. Which is total BS! I would never cheat on him, I love him so much. Anyhow though, he came up and asked me about it. I blew up (for one reason or the other, I was just pissed because I'm sick of her telling him this stuff, and she's told him other lies like that recently.) He was really pissed off for me blowing up at him, which I can see because it might have came off like something WAS up. But I was just getting tired of all of it. Anyways, we made up I guess, but how can I let him know that I really would never cheat on him? I don't want him getting tired of Destanie saying stuff and break up with me, because I love him more than anything. I can't confront Destanie because she'd kick my butt. I rate high! Thanks so much. You know, i can see why you would get pissed. That is total BS. Your boyfriend should trust you and know you wouldnt do that. thats why you got mad. and that Deastanie girl needs to back off. Maybe if you aks your bofriend to talk to her about it. Or just leave her out of it in a calm voice just tell him you didnt do anything. and if he still cant believe you hes got issues.

Last year was my first year at this one school. In one of my classes there was this girl named *Kasey.*
She annoyed me so much. She tried to make me look bad, and make me feel like there was something wrong, or I was doing something the wrong way. But at the same time she tried to buddy up to me. She tried to become my friend and become friends with my bff. My bff doesn't like her(like me) and hse is really getting on my nerves. She is doing it this year to. my bff, her, and i are in the same class. If we do partners she either tries to have me or steal my bff from me and IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!

Well i think you need to bring it up gently,discreatly he will get the message. he may get them for you or if you tell him you want to do it alone tell him that too. hes a dad it had to happen someday he knows that.

In my opinion if every single person thinks you are at healthy weight why would you need to lose wheight anyway right? But if its important to you go to family make them know its imortant.
Or you could join a gym and say tou want to build your muscles

Well there is basically two things you can do.
you csn take a risk and ask him if he likes you
(and it probally won't hurt your friendship). Or you can keep it bottled up inside till it kills you this has happened to me it will kill you if you keep liking him. You may also want to talk to a trustworthy friend who knows him.

Ok, well I really like this guy..I mean REALLY! and I`m a freshmen..But anyways, ok he always tells me he loves me and all that, and that I'm the only one that makes him happy..etc, so like yeah, him and this girl that was SUPPOSEDLY my friend are "talking", ermm just like us. We like eachother, and tonight we went to a football game and she was all over him but I never saw him all over her, but now he's at her house watching movies and it's 12:20 AM! =(..Anyways, she ALWAYS bitches at him when we talk, or hug..etc, and well tonight he went to the game for her, but he came to me first, called her and said he was on her way, but never told her he was with me, Anyways, he went to hang out with her and I was fine with that because he said that he wasn't going to ditch me if I didn't want him to, but I said ok it's fine.. =/..And so yeah, I don't know what his problem is..Who he's going to pick, etc..And he's just so freggin cute and i love his personality, i can talk to him about anything and i love him to death and i always will..But anyways, should I give up on him? Or just keep liking him? But right now Im crying because I dont know what him and the other girl are doing and they left the football game early and have been alone for ahwile..IM SO CONFUSED! please help... :( :( :(

Well im sort of new at this whole advise thing, but if you like him then keep going for it. If he asked you if it was alright if he went then he probably isn't doing anything. In anycase you now know he values your opinoin and maybe even wants your approovall(sorry dont know how to spell that word). I really think you should stick with it if you an him are that good of friends he wouldnt lie to you or do anything behind your back.
