My mom got me one of those big boxes of the cardboard applicator tampons and i'm having trouble putting them in because it hurts. I'm used to using the plastic kind. I don't want to go make her get plastic so any tips to using the cardboard kind? I want to know how to put both the plastic and the cardboard in.

open up your legs more. so your vagina is wide open. If you know how to put a plastic in, then thats how you do it. Its easy to stand up and put it in, and open up your legs wide. so it doesnt hurt when your at a awkward angle. I hope everything works out for you! Okay, this is rather long, I'm sorry.
I'm currently dating this guy, we've been together for about a little more than half a year, maybe about two months more. But recently, his ex came back into the city. They were together, two years ago but then they broke up and she left for Penn, (or at least this is what his friend told me) But anyways, it has been really awkward knowing that she is in our same school and she is his ex. I guess everything would be okay- I could live with it if she didn't happen to be living with him as well. Because her parents and his parents are very close friends and since they just moved back and they didn't seem to find a house to settle down in, they are living in my boyfriends house...which is extremely awkward because when I go over to his house, I see her and it just, I guess annoys me or makes me jealous to see her? Since she apparently spends a lot more time with him than I do. But that isn't the biggest problem, it is the fact that she confronted to me and said that she stilled liked my boyfriend and she had decided to try and win him back. And I don't know- she seems to have the upper side since she is pretty, intelligent and everything and I'm really nervous right now. I have no idea what to do. I told my friends and they tell me that everything is going to be alright and that I should have trust in him, I do but it isn't like it won't be possible- they're living together! So, really, can I have some advice? I'm really confused, worried and nervous right now. I really don't want to lose him. Thank you so much.
I know that your really nervous and scared, but dont be. Obviously, if he's dating you, he's over her. If you havent gotten any signs that he's not, dont worry about it. Im sure everything will turn out in your favor. Seriously, how much you wanna bet that she's just trying to make you jealous and make you seem scared. I would say talk to him about it, and tell him that your not okay with his living situations right now, but that wouldnt be the way to go. Then he would think that your jealous, and you dont trust him. If you dont have any reason not to trust him, then dont worry about it. If you tell him your feelings, he might just tell her and she'll know that she has a better chance of trying to get him back. I'm sure your a great girl and he doesnt want to lose you. Honestly, I dont think you have anything to worry about. Just act like it doesnt bother you, and it'll pass eventually. If she really liked him, she wouldnt want to hurt him right? okay...so my pores are large && you can see the black heads except they're not exactly blackheads..i dno..i guess it's just dirt.anyway, i would like to make my pores alot smaller.i have no clue of how to do that.i've tried puting on hot water && then putting my face over top && then changing it to cold..i've tried multiple acne creams but i guess it doesn't work.i need something that can help me quickly =).any advice on what i should do?
okay, first, wet your face with cold water. if you use hot water it actually makes your pores larger! you know in the summer time when its really hot outside and your face is sweating, and it feels greasy and nasty.. well you're pores are letting EVERYTHING out. it's really gross. heats really bad for your face, it makes you break out. so use cold water and wet your face, i would recommend st. ives apricrot scrub, it works really good and its cheap. after that, use an acne cream, i use acnefree terminator 10, it works really good! pat your face with a towel and apply moisturizer so your face doesnt dry out. i hope everything works out!

me and my friend ryan have been friends since freshman year and this summer.. we hungout all the time ;; when this school year came around he stopped talking to me completely and i was like what the hell? my friend kate told me that ryan is not talking to people that remind him of this girl sam (a girl he REALLY REALLY liked since freshmanyear that broke his heart) so he stopped talking to me and i got really upset but he's talking to kate and jill who was also really close with sam and like everybody else but me and sam (sam doesnt really care) =/ but a few weeks later i leave him a myspace message saying that friends dont do this to eachother you shouldnt throw away ourfriendship..blah blah blah he said sorry and stuff and i'm rightbut he still wont talk to me

you should talk to him in person. myspace is okay, but it doesnt actually show your feelings. when you talk to him in person he'll understand that your really upset about what hes doing to you, and how much you want to be his friend. he shouldnt drop all of his girl friends that are somewhat like this one girl. thats not right, and you need to explain that to him. just tell him that you want to be his friend and you dont understand why he doesnt want to be yours because of sam. i hope everything works out.
