Well judging by the fact that sitting on your ass and watching tv burns calories,even eating burns 2 calories per minute.. im gonna have to label this as a N.F.S

ok i am having some troubles here with keeping going anorexic and then eating again off and on. the MAIN thing i am really worried about is my abs. now tell me some vvery efficient ways to get some serious abs. i sort of have a 4 pack now. can i make it more defined and mayb even a 6 pack? i have a gym with my parents and they were possibly thinking about getting me back with my personal trainer. so just get some efficient ways to get a some serious packs?!

Dont go anorexic. whatever you do, dont do that.
andd a 4 pack is pretty much all you want if youre a girl
ask any guy and they'll say a line (2pack) or cross (4pack) is hotter tha a girl with a 6 pack.
But, if you really want to..
One of the best ab exercises is bicycle crunches.
You lay down with your hands behind your head,you bend your knees 90° and then alternately raise your legs to bring your right elbow and left knee together and then left elbow and right knee together, resulting in a leg motion that resembles pedaling a bicycle. If you google that you can find a video demonstration.
If i were you i would just do lots of crunches, because they work more to maintain your abs, not to build more

I am only 5'0 and I'm 13. I wear a 32 DD! Boys at my school tell me things about my boobs, and it kind of makes me happy. I would just like for them to start touching them. What can I do to draw even MORE attention or ask them if they want to touch them, but not be like " hey you wanna touch my boobs? sorry, thats not how the world works. guys wont just touch your boobs, even though majority of them want to. theres this whole thing called sexual harassment these days that kind of scares guys. in the words of comedian Lewis Black, "Whatever happened to saying 'Hey, nice tits! when did that go out the window"
but anyways, if you want guys to feel you up, lord knows why you would, youre in what, 7th grade?

Hey. Ok so I've been dating this guy for over a year and I'm crazy about him. The only problem is that he is very sheltered. I'm his first girlfriend, he won't kiss me, and we're freshmen! It's because his family is extremly religious and his mom doesn't like us dating (she basically hates me). Idk what to do. My friends say make the first move or dump him but I can't cuz I like him too much. What should I do?

just kiss him. if he flips, then apologize and just wait til hes ready, that is if you think hes really worth the wait

There seems to be some conspiracy on guitar tabs going on. I think Ultimate-guitar.com stole everybodys tabs and all the other websites got shut down. soooo if theres a tab for it at all, thats probably your best shot.
