Hi, I'm 14 years old. And I weigh around 115 pounds. I don't exactly have a flat stomach but I'm not fat at the same time. I'm 5'2 and I think that I should loose some weight. I've been trying not to eat so much (I don't anyway) But I get light headed when I don't eat. What I'm asking is, is 115 pounds for a 5'2" 14 year old too much to weigh? I also don't feel good about myself because I don't have a flat stomach. Is there anyway I can get a flat stomach? I used to have one when I danced and did gymnastics, but I've quit those so I don't do any excersie anymore and It's hard to keep in shape that way. okay first of all thats not fat at all for your age hunnie NOT AT ALL!!!!im your age too but im skinnyer than all my other friend tho too...im 5'2 too and weigh 95lbs....but hunn thats now big at all....you could get the belly you want by going to the gym mabye working out and do a lil but of sit ups a night...
