i dated my ex for 2 years.
he broke up with me around 2 months ago.
during the day i feel good about myself, like i can get over him, but one the night time comes around, i cry, alot. he still kisses me and holds me and stuff, but he talks to these 2 girls that don't like me, and they always talk a lot about me, and seeing him flirting w/ them and stuff hurts me alot. so i have 2 questions
1) how can i make nights any easier for me? i'm so sick of feeling sorry for myself.
2) how can i just ignore who he talks to. i try so hard not to, but i can't help it. (link)

The answer to question 1 is...If he can get on with his life then so can you. Go out and have fun. Find a nice guy to talk to or even just have fun with the girls.
The answer to question 2 is...Lift your head up and stick your chest out. You need to realise you are better then those people are. If they don't like you fine, they don't have to and you don't have to like them either.
Don't worry. I know you'll be fine.

Whenever I try to make curls (like ringlet curls) with my curling iron, it just curls the edges a little instead of what i want it to look like. i want it to look kind of like a spring if thatmakes sense. and don't tell me to get a different curling iron because it's the only one i have (and it's about an inch wide). is there a specific way to make your hair look like this?

If a curling iron doesn't work, try actual curlers. I know it takes longer to achieve but in the end you will have gorgeous curls.
