A condom is something to protect you frm having a baby when you ahve sex..girls dont wear them..just guys..And hen i say have sex i think you know where i mean they go..you dont have to be a certain age at all...and if you are sexually active and to embaressed too buy condoms then ask you parents..i konw that seems embarrasing..but it may work

Im like you..im not over weight..but i wanna lose my belly..I play soccer or move when ever i can..i lift weights..ride a bike..ANYTHING...and eat raw veggies and fruit for snacks..ANd you should try not eating after 6...a woman lost 45 pounds! I know we all get up in the middle of the night and want to go eat oreos or ice cream..just wait till morning and eat a healthy breakfast to start off your day..and get alot of sleep it really helps
