~best friends
~buy/make him something special(like a card or poem)

I am a former self-injurer, and I finally stopped cutting at the end of 8th grade (I'm going into 9th). I've been happy since the end of 8th grade and haven't had a reason to cut, or I'v refrained myself from cutting. But that's how I deal with stress. And I'm afraid I'll relapse this year from stress. I've been to therapy, and I write a lot. Is there any other way I could possibly deal with stress that isn't destructive?

hello. this question makes me think of myslef... I had been cutting since 6th grade.. I to am also going into 9th grade... some of the things i do when i think about cutting(which i don't do anymore either... go us!) I try and watch a funny movie... or talk to somebody about it... but i know how that can feel too... sometimes talking doesnt do anythng about it... so write down why you want to hurt yourself, and show it to your thearapist... do stuff that makes you happy.... if u like to sing, sing, if you like to dance, dance... whatever makes u happy!

Is it safe to wear a tampon to sleep in? I'll probably sleep around 9 hours tonight .. I'm just not sure if that's safe (TSS). If I wear a pad, it usually leaks and gets on my shorts im wearing to bed. What should I do? (link)

i wear tampons to bed, and a pad i've had my period since 5th grade... and now i'm going into 9th... i've been doing this since 5th and I'm fine... i would say you would be fine.. but if your worried maybe you should wear a pad and set ur alarm for about 5 hours after u sleep and change it...

this guy i have been hanging out with said that he wanted us to be friends nothing more, but maybe in time we could be bf and gf. I was fine with that. i heard later (from a girl that i trust) that he had a girlfriend. I asked him and he denied it. i dont care that he has a gf...its just we have made out and done stuff together...now i feel like a slut. What should i do with this guy? forget about him or still be his "friend." (link)

well whatever you do DONT feel like a slut, i've been in your shoes! i would ask around... ask more than just your friends, and if other people say he has a girlfriend i would say they're right. and of course you could still be his friend, but be sure to talk to him... let him know how you feel! and let him know you will not be lied to... make sure your the boss! lol it always scares guys, and they will not DARE lie to you again!
