advice
I play volleyball and I'm starting High school in the fall. ;D
I REALLY want to make a good team but the thing is that I have a HUGE rival who was on my team for the past years and she is soooo stuck up and snotty to me!!
I try to be friends with her and be polite but she is just waay to mean to me and always makes me feel bad.
Like one time when we just finished a hard drill, I gave everyone a high five and saying "good job" and when i got to her, she faked it and smoothed her hair and said "I know..."
GOD!!!! I just wanna kill her now!
So my question is how can I be sure to make a good team this fall and beat her??
I really want to prove to her that i'm better... but how??
how can i beat her???????????
oh and what are some ways that I can clear the whole 'rival competition' thing and get her to stop being so snotty?
The only way she can get her feedback, is if you get mad. So, just ignore her. Which will make her even more mad. If she's acting like this then she really wont be a good friend. She'll probably lie to you a lot. And spread rumors. Which she probably will. Im in 11th grade and i know from experience. I play softball, and Ive had girls on my team that dont like me, and are snotty, just like her. But know its only because your probably better then her. Just ignore her completly. You'll learn that letting things go are SO much better then worrying about it and getting into a fight. Its really not worth it. Just do your best at your games and act like shes not even there. It will work. Dont give up a sport you love, just because of some random chick who wants to make your life difficult. Its not worth it.
Hope I helped.
Ok so there's these 2 guys that I really really really like!!!
Guy #1- He's really sweet, caring and nice to me. Prob?? well he was my neighbors ex... so that makes it a little complicated. She is friends with me, but if I go out with him... she said she'll kill me and never speak to me again
Guy #2- is Guy #1's bff.... which also makes it hard and confusing. He was in my 7th, 8th, and 9th grade but we never really spoke to each other that much. Maybe because I didn't have a crush on him until I actually met him (thanks to guy #2)
HELP! I really like both of these guys but there's a twist to both of them. That makes it super hard for me.
Any advice on what to do?
I was thinking of ignoring both of them and looking for another guy, but i'm not sure.
:/
I think that if you really like guy # 2, then go for it. I reallllly dont think guy #1 is a good choice...chicks before d*cks. Its not worth throwing out a friendship for some dude, when you really dont know whats going to happen in the relationship in the first place. I know from experience that its not a good decision.
Hope I helped.

My parents are very protective of me going out... as on dates
well recently I met a guy and we are friends. (nothing more than that... we both agreed) ok??? so we are just friends.
Well he asked me if I wanted to go to a movie, and I said yes... but only as friends. So we agreed that we would go to the movies only as friends
Well how do I tell my parents that I wanna go to the movies with one of my guy friends??
If I tell them it's a guy, they will automatically think i'm going out with him and they will say no
I guess I'm just scared because I know that if I say "can I go to the movies with him, and we both agreed it was only as friends and nothing more than that"
well then they would probably let me go once they got to know him better
I could say that but i'm just so scared to tell my parents that!
HELP!!
If your nervous about telling them, then maybe bring one of your 'girl' friends to go with you, and say its a group thing...but if their really that ''strict'', then..tell them he's gay!lol jk but, hey!, you never know! If they really dont believe you then you should just talk to them face to face and let them know your just friends and thats it. Hope i helped.
