okk so in health class we're learning about like puberty and what guys and girls go through. So we read this article and after this guy stood up asked to go to the bathroom and he couldn't.. he had to go because he had a bonerr!! It was so gross to me! This kid is like a loser.. and i have to sit next to him. I sound really mean but is there any way to forget about it?? I'm not gunna ask the teacher to move me- i think that would be a little bit dramatic.

Do you think maybe he just said that to get attention, I mean i doubt a guy would ever admimt to the whole class that he has a boner..I wouldnt worry about it, pretend that he was just being a guy and tryin to get some attention so he didnt really have a boner bc most likely that is the case. I really wouldnt ask the teacher, thats a little too extreme and probably unnecessary! :)

Many community colleges have nursing programs. The community college in my area offers a lot of the pre-requisite classes students need to take in order to get in the nursing program that people usually take freshman year in college to high school students. Check with your community college, you might be able to take those pre-requisites.

If money is not an issue you can get her a Tiffany & Co bracelet (the one with the tag heart) and they actually engrave stuff in it for you, you can engrave "i love you" on it, which will make it even more special when you say it :) If that's too much money, I'de suggest making a scrapbook about everything that you love about her, which will also make her feel so special and loved. Along with that, you can get her the perfumes she wanted (I would suggest the Paris Hilton "Just Me" and the Abercrombie and Fitch perfume for girls is AMAZING).

I believe you're talking about leggings..i LOVE leggings..I work at abercrombie and they r the hottest things out there. I wear them with jean skirts and flip flops, you can wear them with dresses or even long sweaters. They are seriously soo adorable and so stylish! here are some pictures..

PLEASE listen to me when i say this: you need to be completely confident in your heart that this is the guy you want to lose your virginity to!! You will remember him forever and will be emotionally attached to him bc in a way, he has a part of your body. You should only lose ur virginity to someone you're crazy about and in love with and as far as I can tell, you're not. You have doubts in your mind and thats the first sign that you should not have sex with this guy..trust me, you will regret it afterwards!!

I stopped playing volleyball a year ago. I still work out when I'm not working. I notice I am gaining love handles and a little bit of a gut. What are some easy exercises I can do at home that can reduce these? Thank you =] (link)

Unfortunatly you cannot target fat loss. My suggestion is to start doing cardio, such as running (this proves to be the BEST exercise for the ab muscles) and then crunches. I really suggest the pilates for abs video, it's seriously VERY challenging but it works wonders!! The video incorporates lower and upper abs AND obliques to get rid of those love handles. Also if you drink pop..you should quit and start drinking water, it really helps!!

okay, so there's this guy who's in my peer group (some kids in my study hall get together w/ seniors and just have fun) and i can't tell if he likes me/keeps "hitting on me" or is just super friendly. So, at first i thought he was just nice. He would give me his spare change so i could buy some food in the cafeteria, then he gave me some gum, then he bought me a pack of gum. (its not cheap where i live, its like, 2 bucks for 20 pieces.) Then, he made me my favorite food...rice! Then, the next time we met, he was talkin to one of the senior leaders, and was joking around and told him i was his girlfriend. I don't know if he was being serious, just kidding around, or with the gift part, trying to get attention from me...?
I don't have a crush on him, but we are friends. my question is...does he want to be more than friends??

Unfortunatly no :( They havent come up with any pills to make us grow. You still have a chance to grow though, I stopped at around 18, so if youre under 18 you still have some inches to go.

Aveda is AMAZING, but pricy. I use their shampoos and conditioners. They are GREAT if you have colored-treated hair. I especially love their conditioner! If you buy the shampoo for blondes, it really lights up your hair color. If you are talking about Chi as the straighner company, I have their straigtner and i LOVE it..its the wet to dry one, which means I dont have to blow dry my hair first and then straighten..it saves so much time, but again they are very pricey. I think the cheapest one is around 90 ;/

This is a toughy bc of your feelings towards him. You're absolutely right that you shouldnt stop the two of them from dating bc it's not your place but since he doesnt know about your feelings, I think you should let him know casually. One of these days you should just be like "hey i dont mean to make things akward with us but im starting to have feelings for you" or something along those lines...You never know how he might respond..maybe he loves being friends with you and sees you as more than just a friend but doesnt want to say anything bc he doesnt know how you feel, or unfortunatly it could end up that he just wants to be friends..which sucks but you just gotta accept it. But you should definatly try, you have nothing to lose! :)

I can understand the tough situation you're in and how much it's going to hurt meeting Skyller, but you just have to face it. Sometimes loving someone means respecting them with their decisions, even if its the decision to love someone else. I know that is painful for you but it's the right thing to do. If Derik is so serious with her then he obviously loves her. No you shouldnt be fake to her but you shouldnt be mean either bc she hasnt done anything to you and its HIS gf and he would want you to respect her. Just act neutrol towards her - act as if you were talking to someone you really dont care for. I know it's easier said then done but if you really love him, you'de want him to be happy, regardless of the person he chooses to be with.

You should make him a scrap book (target has REALLY cute scrap booking materials) and put all your inside jokes and stuff on it along with your pictures. Besides that, you should get something that matches his interests. For example, if he likes a particular sport, get him something to do with that sport (a jersey, tshirt of his fav team/player, etc). If he likes a particular band, maybe get him some concert tickets or cd or dvd of their performances. This way, you'll be getting him something special (like the ring hes giving u) but also something that he would be happy with. I hope I helped!

Has anyone ever used Proactive and seen a dramatic difference? I've been using it for about a month now, but I'm not noticing a real big difference. Do you have any advice, if it's working for you what I may be doing wrong?

Well if they are preppy, i suggest going to Abercrombie and Fitch. I work there and we have SUCH cute shirts onsale for 9.90 (so u can get them both TWO shirts), and they are the latest style too! If not, then I would suggest maybe buying a gift card (For example, if they like starbucks or claire's or w/e)

I feel ur pain bc im an outside runner..lol, i usually just wear layers and still go outside bc i feel that the fresh air really helps me to keep going! If you're scared of the cold, you can always go to a local gym (try YMCA, it tends to be cheaper than other gyms).

This isn't your average "AM I PREGNANT?" help question; it wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing if I was. Anyways, on to the question. I missed a few of my birth control pills and followed the instructions on what to do. The first test after missing my period turned out negative, and then the next one positive. I thought that was odd, so i took another and it was positive too. Then about 30 minutes later or so, i started my period. Could this just be a false pregnancy reading? Although it IS possible to have your period when youre still pregnant, it's unlikely. Go to the clinic, it's free, and have them test you because many times the pregnancy tests you buy at stores are false.

One of my guy/friends asked me out today, and my friend put me under a lot of presure of what tosay, so I said I'd think about it. He smiled and went on about his buisness. Then like, 10 seconds after the last bell rang one of my friends told him I'd said yes, but I hadn't.
Then at 4:59(sry 'bout that, I do that all the time) one of my other guy/friends who had him over called and asked me what I was gonna say because he wanted to know. As I said earlier, I hate being under so much as the tiniest bit of pressure, and I said "I guess." Know, I wish I could go back in time or kill myself. I don't like him, I like another guy, I don't totally trust him, and my mom said I couldn't have a boyfriend until I was 16. So now, I am disobaying my mother(whom I love very much and hate disobaying) gong against my scences, betraying myself( since I like someone else), killing myself from so much pressure, guilt, and worry, afraid I'll hurt him, might loos a friend, and wishing I could kill myself. This is a toughy because the guy obviously likes you enough to have the courage to ask you out. The best thing for you to do is just talk to him. Tell him that you dont really want a bf right now bc you have a lot of other things going on and you were under pressure when the question was asked. DONT tell him that you like someone else bc that would just hurt his feelings. Tell him that you really appreciate him asking you out but its just not the right time for you right now, and let him know that you would still love to be friends with him.
