I am not a very bright person! Whenever I try to bring up a conversation, people always tell me that what I say either isn't right, or very "professional" but I try hard to make it sound that way. I am usually trying to sound that way at my job when I want to join in on a conversation my co-workers are having. And every time I do, they look at me really retarded and I am thinking to myself they must not think I am very smart. I don't think they have ever seen the "smart" side of me since I am always doing clutzy things at work, and trying to relate to what they are talking about. I hope that makes sense, so I am asking if anyone has any tips on how I can sound more professional without looking like a total idiot? Thanks.

if your trying to talk smart, my advice is to NOT.no offense, but if you TRY to talk smart, your just being someone your not.& well thats not good. my advice is to keep it real. Use small words. Be yourself. If you know what your talking about, it should be fine.
& if people are like shut up your stupid and not smart, come up with a good comeback like "Look whos talking?"good luck

well first of all forget him. If you have other guys at your school, flirt with them. Try finding another cute guy at your school. But try remain friends with the guy you just broke up with. And if he says WE NEED TO TALK(usually means your getting back together) just say "i know we do.But lets face it, we broke up, and I moved on.SO now i guess we will always be....friends" this will make him want you moreeeeeee. so yeah.. thats how..haha goodluck

ok, so here's my problem.... My name's Nikki and I'm in a relationship with a guy, lets call him john. Me and "john" have been dating for the last couple of months, and i really like him, but the other day, i was at my cousins birthday and he had invited some of his other friends over and there was this one guy there that i started to like, lets call him kyle. but anyway, i dont wanna break up with "john" bcuz he gave me some stuff for christmas and it's really special to me and if we break up, then he'll want it back and he broke up with his old girlfriend to get with me and i dont want to leave him alone, but "john" lives in connecticut and i live in texas, while "kyle" lives in the same zip code as me. and i really like "kyle" and i want to get w/ him, but i'm not sure if i should. and i just kno that john will be really upset and hate me for the rest of my life and we'll probably never talk again, and I might move over the summer and i dont want to miss my chance to get with "kyle". before you send your advice, keep in mind that I DONT WANT TO CHEAT ON ANYONE! please help me.....

what you need to do, is see who you like the best.See if you can answer these questions:
-who can you talk better to?
-who is cuter? :]
-who is more conserned with whats going on [w/you]
-who talks about themselves alot?
-who brags you to their friends?
i cant think of anymore..but I would answer those questions and compare JOHN'S ANSWERS to KYLE'S ANSWERS. if that doesnt help, just keep JOHN. im sure hes a great guy, and really likes you. and HEY! if he messes up on something, just dump him and move to KYLE. haha

Okay, so basically my friends think that I can't keep a secret. The ironic thing is that I have NEVER told anyone about their secrets. I mean I talk a lot but it's not about things that are suppose to be hush hush. It kinda obivous stuff like tests coming up or that new tv show and stuff. Yet when it comes to telling secrets, they always exclude me saying that I'm going to tell someone about their secrets. GAh! What do I do? (link)

When friends think they cant trust you, its pretty awkward. I mean, its almost like you cant be friends anymore. So first of all you should just FLAT OUT APPOLIGIZE. Say: "Look [insert friend here] im really sorry you think I cant keep a secret. But HEY! its a new year. & this year im not going to spill a secret".
now the next thing left is to not tell the secret.hard right? no way!
-try keeping a journal or a diary, So you can SPILL whats going on in your life ON PAPER! :]

ok so i have a lot of zits lately
and i barely EVER got them!!!
and i got this really ad one on my nose
and the type where its under the skin and its hurts REALLY bad
i dont wanna get pro active cause i dont want to have to spend that kind of money when it only works on some people
and i have this clean and clear fighting pimples all day stuff- that doesnt work
and i have this neutroguena rapid clear 8 hour thing and it doesnt work either
i dont know what to use!!!
but i want it to go away
anyone have good stuff that i can use??
that like you can buy at walgreens or jewel

well idk anything about big pimples or pimple-get-rid-of stuff, but what i do is i go to like target and i get some "facial whipes". theyre not difficult, you can find them by the makeup.Anyway, you rinse them in water then apply to face. it makes my face feel and look so clean. thats how i get rid of my pimples.
if that doesnt work, i recomend trying makeup to cover it up :]

I am a 16 year old female with a 17 year old boyfriend. I drive, he doesn't. We live about 30 minutes from each other.
My boyfriend gets upset with me because I don't want to hang out every opportunity we have. It's very difficult for us to hang out. I can drive BUT my parents won't allow me to drive him anywhere or go to his house.
When he comes over to my house, my parents usually let him stay no later than 9:00 and my parents drive him home. I live about 45 minutes away from the movie theater (this is really the only teenage hangout spot around here). It really wears me out to go to the movies even for a few hours. I'm really one who doesn't like to hang out with friends. I'm tend to be a homebody.
We got into this big argument over how I never WANT to do anything. I will hang out with him even though I don't really want to because I get worn out easily. We see each other every day at school.
So, any ideas on what to tell him? (link)

well tell your boyfriend that you see him enough!tell him to get a licence and get a life! b/c if he expects you to hang out with him every single waking moment, then hes plain crazy! okay? :]

if your falling for your best friend,make a move.Just be confident dont hesitate.If your scared that he will not like you back, Try hanging out with him. Invite him to the movies with some of your friends. Then when your talking to him, give him the sign that you like him. Try flirting with him..but take this slowly.
example: if your talking to him, twirl your hair. Laugh at his jokes.SMILE :]
Then after you finish letting him know your intrested, try maybe calling him:
