okay first off you get your period once a month .. and it lasts for about a week. people vary. it all depends on your size. moderaate flows means that it are not to heavy and not to light. but when you have your peiod you have it all day.

hmm lets see right off hand .. little things mean the most. and the best way to get a guys attention is to invite him over for an afternoon movie and just spend some time together. just you and him when hes not around all his friends. sometimes just a phone call or a sweet text message that says i love you means a lot to a guy. see hun .. guys ACTUALLY do have a sweet side. they just choose not to show it alot. but when a guy is around a girl he loves everything changes. and you can always tell if a guy is in love with you just by the way he looks at you. it really is the little things and simple things that matter. =)

its always good to talk it out with your friends. i know how it feels to loose a best friend and it is the WORST feeling. it really all depends on if you did the thing he accused you of. if so .. then tell him you made a mistake and one little mistake is not worth loosing a friendship over. trust me. and if you didint just tell him that it really hurts that he cant trust you because yall have been friends for so long. whatever you do dont lie. bring everything out into the open. i had a friend that liked me.. his name is ben. and i lied to him about something and now we dont really talk that much anymore and it hurts so bad. so yeah. and about the whole liking him thing .. its good if he likes you too .. but keep in mind that if you two ever break up that you wont be friends anymore. hope i helped ..

Alittle over a month ago, I lost a friend to suicide.
It was terrible when I first found out, because I mean, I was talking to him the day before he did that.
He told me everything, and I tried to do everything to help. Could I have done more?

One of my closest friends just recently admitted to me something that I found quite disturbing.
She told me a couple days ago " no offense, but my cats are more important to me than any of my friends or family.
She said if her house were on fire the first thing she would grad were her cats, and not her parents or friends!!
I didn't say anything but I was quite upset. I would always pick my friends and family over my pets.

oh gosh .. i have been in a long distance relationship before. me and the guy broke up. but we are still really good friends. he is like my best friend. but everyday when i was going out with him i always thought he was cheating on me .. how was i to know if it was true or not? i never saw him. you need a guy you can see often and be with atleast once a week. and he obviously dosent care about your feelings, or he would have never said he didint love you anymore. those are the worst 5 words a girl can hear in her whole life. its heart shattering. i know its hard to let go. but start hanging out with some guy friends .. it helps alot.

hmm i was in the same situation last year. this guy kept calling me fat and for some unapparant reason i was still completely in love with him. if the guy is just going out with you for sex .. then dump his ass right now. hah. i know its hard to move on .. but there is someone out there for everybody. i let go of the guy i was telling you about last year. and you know what hun? he had sex with another girl because he sweet talked her and got her pregnant and now hes going to be a daddy in october. and all i can ever think about is .. Here's the story... Well my boyfriend used to always call me and talk to me for like hours.. And he stayed hours on the computer just to talk to me... Now, he like never calls and when he does (which is very rare) its only 5 minutes long.. And plus on the comp... he like talks to me for like 15-20 minutes and he keeps making up those lame excuses that he has to go... I don't what to do... Is there something wrong?? I rate high

you should talk to your friend and explain to her how you feel. i understand you .. trust me. i had a friend last year that was the same way. just tell her that everything always gets blamed on you and you are completely tired of because you dont feel you ever do anything wrong. sometimes its good to be away from your friends for a couple of days and calm down. im not saying to fuss at her but still.. get your point across.

it can destroy your liver and mess with your mind. alcohol can do so much to damage your body and without your liver your body wont fight off sickness or dieseases and you will eventually die from it. its not just for teens but for adults too.

Hey I had my period for the past 2-3 years now. Now that I'm getting oldr and going out with more people I have started to use tampons. Thats not the problem, I get them to go in, but it hurts like an ubbearable pain. When I get it all the way up it feels like it is rubbing against something, like it is trying to break threw it. (it can't be my cherry I'm not a virign) My friend said to make it hurt less she put vasaline on the of the tampon and it went in fine. So my question is should I try the vasaline thing, or is there something wrong?

hmm yeah sometimes to make it go in easier i have heard of people using vaseline .. but thats not really good for you. you should try like KY jelly. that should help you out alot. sometimes after having sex you get kind of sore. so just try that and see how it works. my mom is a nurse. lol. so i know all this stuff.

NEVER do anything you arent ready for. all guys want to makeout with their girlfriends. its just an instinct for them. i dont know. most guys want to go farther than makingout if you know what i mean. and once you get started i hear its hard to stop. so just explore your options and talk to your boyfriend about it. if he loves you he wont laugh or get mad at you or anything like that. you dont have anything to loose so give it a try. and i hope everything goes okay.

First off, I'd like to state that both me and my cousin are 13 years of age.
Okay, here's the deal.. In the past I've had a lot of prolems with depression and low self esteem. My cousin and I were VERY close, and I loved always helping him with his problem. But one night when he came over my house to spend the night.. I got in a fight with him and my brother. Now I'd seen him like fourty times over the summer, so we were bound to get into a fight sometime.
But this time I finally broke down.. It was way to much, living with a pompous brother, a dad who's always right, and a mom who I can't tell when she'll be happy or right on the edge of blowing up. So over the course of two days, it went from I'm just a happy-go-lucky little cousin, to a emotionally unstable family member.
It had been planned that the three of us go over to my cousin's house the next day. Of course everything was a little tense between us the next morning, but we all went on about our business as if nothing had ever happened.
I stayed the night at his house that night, but brother decided he was ready to go home. For about three or four hours that day we just talked, and I cried most of the time, silent tears.
Now before I go on I'd just like to say I love my aunt more than anyone in the world at that point. She takes me in her arms and just holds me, telling that everything will be fine and that I'm pretty and smart and how she knows what it's like living with who I was living with..
The rest is history. But now my cousin feels like he can't talk to me anymore, and that kills me inside.. Talking to him about my own problems is hard enough, so talking to him about that is pretty much out of the question. I don't want to risk our relationship any further..

hmm. thats a tough one. family always comes first. and of course its even harder when someone in your family is also your best friend. you just have to go to your cousin and tell him you are sorry .. and that you miss the days where you two were best friends and could tell eachother everything. if you dont want to talk to him about it .. just give him sometime. sweetheart he cant stay mad at you forever. but next time you see him just go up to him and give him a hug and tell him you love him.
