Okay, so for the past year and a half maybe I've been insanly self-concious. I always think I'm fat and that if I lose just one more pound I'll be happier. I'm not technically over-weight but I'm 5 foot 6 and 114 pounds.I was diagnosed with bulimia and I was sent to therapy and counselers and nutritionist. I was given anti-depressants and it was horrible. After I recovered I got to an all time high of 139 pounds for me. I don't want attention and I don't want to go back to counseling, but lately I've been going back to my old ways, this time, a lot of less eating to lose my extra weight. I've been lieing more to my friends and family about it because I dont want to go back. No way will I go back. I just don't know what to do. I feel helpless and I'm sick of it.

But you should deffinetly not , hide things from your friends and family and the worst thing for your metabolism is to eat alot less. You must eat to live a healthy lifestyle. Eating a healthy lifestyle will not only help you manage your weight, but also help prevent your body from getting sick! But , on the other hand your not helpless. Take it step by step and you'll be fine,if you do want to loose some extra pounds , have your friends and family help you but tell them you dont want to go back to a counsler.

If they ask you what you think of their outfit, say something like "its not that great looking " or " you could wear something better" but dont be mean , becuase being mean wont solve your problem.If you dont like what you wear, then maybe you could have one of your friends give you a good makeover and a new clothes , and then show the other girls an all new you!

k i was wondering if any of these things counted as cardio and helped to lose fat,cause these are things i could do like, before bed..
: lemon squeezes(like a crunch but you bring your knees up to your chest so you move your whole body)
: bicycles(lay on the floor and bring your right leg up and touch it to your left elbow,etc.)
: jumping jacks
: continuous backbends and handstands and cartwheels and stuff
i figured if i did that for like, a half hour/45 minutes every night (or morning, or wtv) i could get into better shape my say, next month.

Hey well im glad you have the desire to get fit. One thing you should deffinetly work on is abs, that shapes your stomach , the biking thing burns less calories but its still a great workout .Jumping jacks are also good for a cardio vasular workout but you might get tired after a while. One other thing you should do is walking and mild jogging , thats a great way to build strength and burn fat . Good luck!
