K Here's the deal. I recently went to tx to see my dad's side of the family 4 the first time. When i got there my 17 y\o female cousin gave me a tour of the yard as per my uncles request. There are 2 guys i have my eye on. There both in my social studies class and on the same swim team I am. Guy #1- he is nice, and gets along with pretty much everyone. My brother has a class with him though and he says that he flirts a lot with this other girl. So he might have a gf. Guy #2- he is nice, very cute, and kinda shy. Whenever i talk to him i get one word answers, but we just started talkin a couple of days ago. My brother said he eather is nervous around you or not interested. He talks to other girls on the swim team though.
I want go with one of them to the movies this weekend. So I was going to ask them on wendsday. The thing is I dont know which one to pick cause the both haven't really come up to me yet. So who should i pick, and should i even ask them to the movies or wait.

Yes, it hurts, if you do it yourself you have to be very careful, I wouldnt recommend doing it yourself if you were high or drunk that could really damage something, just search on google and see how professionals do it so that you know what you're doing, i pierced my lip awhile ago by myself, just remember to CLEAN your piercings

i was dating this guy for about 3 months and things got pretty serious. we spent every day together and he would stay and my house and vice versa. his ex girlfriend called one night and he broke up with me to see if things would work with her and they didnt. he called about a month after we broke up and said that he made a huge mistake for breaking up with me cause i was the best thing that had ever happened to him. we got back together and things were great, actually better than ever or so i thought. one day when she called again he started getting weird again and told me that he once again needed time. i took all of my stuff from his house and said that i wasnt playing second best anymore. i gave him all i had and thought that this was it. that he was the one. and unfortunately im a mess over him. i know he treats me horrible in this situation but ive never been so inlove with someone before. and i dont know what to do. someone just help. please.
Everytime you think about getting back together with him just think about all those times he ditched you for the other girl, think to yourself "you know i deserve better for this and im not gonna do it again" just think stuff like that everytime the thought of going back out with him comes up, theres a better guy out there for you somewhere, just keep looking :-)

Well when you go just stay in contact with your friends, make sure you have all of their numbers and call them bunches when you're there, that way you dont drift apart, if they are real friends they'll be there supporting you all the way, true friends stay :-)

Crunches you dont go all the way up, but with sit ups you do, you should do about 30-50 a night, for 6 packs crunches are better, but they both give you the same effect, well you're gonna have to do more than just crunches/sit ups to use a few pounds, but if you eat right and do other exercises it shouldnt take too long, it all depends on your body and how active you are
