There's this guy, we'll call him "Scott". I went out with "Scott" for about two years, then we broke up becauase of a lie. After the break up, we didn't talk. We basically hated eachother. That was in November of 2006.

Now, he has a girlfriend, and I still love him. He tells me he still loves me, too. [I'm guessing this goes with the whole 'You will always have feelings for your first love' type of thing] But I really still love "Scott". And I'm not too pleased with the way his current girlfriend is treating him. He deserves better.

I am best friends with one of his best friends. And he tells me all about "Scott". He told me, if I find a way to prove to him how much I truely love him before Valentine's Day, he'd give me another chance. Which is exactly what I need. I love him and I'd do anything for him.

So far, I already got him a Teddy Bear and a locket that says "You Hold The Key To My Heart." And I also wrote him a ten page paper about how much I love him. But, knowing "Scott", this won't be enough for him.

Any ideas of what I can buy or make for him? Money isn't an issue. I just really need to get this guy back..

this story is going to be kind of pathetic. well back in the 7th grade my friend emily and i exchanged screen names of some of our friends so that we could meet new people. i started talking to one of em's friends, pat. pat's in the same grade as us and he lives in the same town too, but he just goes to the private school in our town and we go to the public. anyways, so i started talking to pat for about a year, over the internet at all times of course since i never met him before. well we ended up loosing touch after a while and i forgot his screenname...but then i began talking to him again in october (2006) through my friend jason. jason is one of my guy-friends and jason&pat are pretty much best friends. well by then pat&i both had myspaces and it turns out pats really hot. (i still havent seen him in person at this point) and i guess he felt the same about me because soon after we had a few convos and began talking on the phone with jason & some other people on 3-way, pat told a couple of our friends (who passed it onto me) he really likes me and wanted to go out. he "asked me out" a few days later. by then i developed a major crush on him even though it was only through the internet and phone. so i guess we "went out" for about a week. we broke it off when we decided that there was no point in "being together" if weve never even seen eachother in person. but now its so awkward between us. pat&i have been through a lot & even though none of it has been face to face, theres been a lot of feelings between us. and i mean, ive been crazy for him since november-ish. so i guess i really do want to meet him, but i just dont want to get my hopes too high, because he could look nothing like his pictures and act like a total jerk, who knows. and i dont want him to think that I`M ugly or weird or anything like that. im just totally afraid our friends will make it even more awkward or something, or i wont like him when i meet him, or whatever. i dont know. i really would just like for someone to tell me what i should do. in person or not, i still really have strong feelings for him and i care for him way more than i have cared about any other guy i've been with. even though i only really know him as a person by his screen name and phone number, i still really like him a lot. what should i do?

Q: I'm generally not a shy person, but when you put me up in front of my whole entire class...things change. I either turn really red, forget everything, start shaking, etc. I was absent, so I couldn't help my partner with a project and the day I went back, the teacher told me that I had to do it by myself. Now, I have to go up in front of my class and present an African Fable with a moral that I made up. It sounds so stupid and plus we have to MEMORIZE it! She won't even let us use our paper, which is going to make me even more nervous since I have nothing to hold. We also have to draw a picture and I'm not the best drawer, so that's just going to make it even more embaressing. Everyone else in my class had a partner, but since I'm by myself...blah. I don't know what to do. I don't want to be so nervous about this tomorrow morning. Is there any way that I can calm down before the presentation and not act and feel so nervous?

Q: I'm really close to one of my teachers and she was recently married, as a gift to her I wanted to make her a DVD type of thing from pictures from her wedding. What I plan on doing with those pictures was making a slide show type of thing with their wedding song (Bless the Broken Road - Rascal Flatts) playing in the background. I know it can be done because my cousin used to do that every Christmas using family pictures, it's kind of hard to explain, but I'm sure someone will know what I'm talking about. I already told me teacher I was going to do it, she's making a CD of pictures she doesn't mind me using. (I wasn't at the wedding at I needed the pictures, this was the only way to get them). So I can't really go back on it, and I can't ask my cousin because she's out of state and I have zero way of contacting her (I've already tried). So I figured I'd ask anyone here if they knew how to do it.

If not then I'm probably going to resort to something lame like how people make picture slideshows for their myspace, but I'll just find a way to use music with it.

But I'd really like someone to let me know how to make something like that. I don't care if all it does is show the pictures with music on the background saved to a CD that you can only use in the computer. I would prefer to make it a DVD of the pictures and music (so her and her husband and family can all watch it). As far as I know they don't have a home computer, then again, I don't know if they have a DVD player, but I know that her mother does. Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone knew how to do that and could give me instructions (or a site) on how to do something along those lines.

Or if anyone has any better ideas on how I can do something using those pictures and their wedding song (and other cute love songs).

Q: One of my very close friends is a soldier in Iraq right now and I have made a commitment to him that I'll talk to him every night. The problem is, he isn't able to talk until about midnight every night and then wants to talk for several hours, when I have to get up at 8 or 9 in the morning every day to go to class. I drink coffee in the morning to wake me up but I still feel pretty dead all day. I know that most of you are going to say to just stop talking to him so I can get on a regular sleeping schedule but it's not that simple. We're very close friends and enjoy talking to each other a lot, so I can't do that...I don't know what to do...help?!
