okay so i no that sounds worng but here is my story. Okay so i do have friends but a friend it supossed to be someone you trust. well i cant trust anyone. one if my good friends talks stuff behind my back and i no that but she like "controls" one of my other good friends, Sally. Sally is so fun around me but when she gets with the other girl she changes. and it sucks cuase she talks about me to. and i hate it godd. my life sucks right now i cant trust anyone! i need help (link)
Dump them. They obviously aren't REAL friends. As fun as Sally may be, that doesn't mean she's a good person. If she's talking shit about you behind your back, she's obviously fake. You don't need this shit, so dump them and never look back. Good luck!

Yeah, the bumps are razor burn. Make sure you scrub down there before you shave, but please MOISTURIZE! It's very sensitive. Lotion will smooth it out.

I don't know about the nair, it seems unsafe and you could burn yourself.

Waxing is always the best thing when it comes to bikini, but DO NOT DO IT YOURSELF!!! See a professional. Waxing is not something you want to experiment with.

i'm trying to lose 25 lbs in 10 weeks.
which means i have to lose about 2.5 pounds a week.
my softball season has just started and i'll be having practice 3-4 times week. we usually do about 15-20 minutes of running, total, each practice if not more.
i have a membership to the YMCA and i was thinking of going there once or twice a week to swim laps and jog.
i do have a treadmill, but i go to a specialized high school where all of the classes are honors classes, most college level. so i would only be able to run on weekends.

is this enough exercise? and what should i do to get a flatter tummy/more toned thighs? i know my diet would have to change too; what are some suggestions for that? i do have a sweet tooth...

Do 30-50 minutes of cardio at least 3-5 times per week. This can be running, swimming, elliptical trainer, or aerobics. Try to fit weight training 2-3 times a week if you can.

To get a flat tummy, it's not just sit-ups. You need to do cardio to burn the flab on top. Everyone's got a six pack somewhere under there!

For the thighs, do lots of lunges!! If you want to see some video workouts, there are some good ones on www.exercisetv.tv Or you could buy an exercise DVD. Other easy ways to burn calories are by taking the stairs and walking more when you can.

The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Cut out all the junk food (candy, fried foods, soda) and stick to healthy foods. East lots of greens and raw veggies. Don't forget to drink lots of water!!!! Good luck!!


Ok, so at our school track starts Monday. I did it last year and i wasn't very good i just got out of volleyball, but i need some tips for when im running how to keep my breath...like do i breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth...how should my feet be because for some odd reason i run toe to heel...i need alot of advice so any help is appreciated thank you!!! If you are talking about long distance running, try to maintain a steady pace and breathing rate. I try to think of a song in my head and run to the beat.

You should run heel to toe. Make sure you are wearing the proper shoes that will support your feet. For example, if you have high arches, you need a certain shoe to support your feet correctly so you don't get injured or feel pain. Also, make sure you are using your arms and not dangling them at your sides. Your arms are what propel you; your legs are just going along for the ride.

Most importantly, ASK YOUR COACH! Coaches LOVE that (when people come up to them)... that's what they're there for. They will like you a lot more and will actually know your name!! Good luck!

Yes, you don't lose your virginity until you actually have sex. You can't lose your virginity to a tampon. Also, your hymen can already broken before you've even had sex because of sports. Every woman's is different.


So there are these two guys, that I think I like. Let's start with guy one, we'll call him X.

X was my best friend in 5-6th grade. In 5th grade, he asked me out but I didn't like him in that way so I said no. After 6th grade, our friendship kind of faded but now in 8th grade we are better friends. He doesn't think I'm that hott, he probably wouldn't go out with me. But he's still just so amazing. He's funny, and is mean but in his own way that everyone loves. Did I mention he's a great guitarist? I was at a concert for his band and when he sang and played guitar he was just so cute. I want to be the girl he sings about in all his rock songs. I am literally willing to start losing weight for this guy.



Now guy number two. We'll call him Q.

Q and I were complete best friends in 5th grade. We'd hang out every weekend with my other best friend, "J." In 5th grade, Q was CRAZY about me. He asked me out and went nuts for me for a month or two. He punched his friend for talking about me behind my back. But I never answered when he asked me out. I 6th grade, our friendship faded. He became "in love" with J, and then later became obsessed with some slut. But I always sort of liked him, even if he was mean to me. And now, in 8th grade he actually has been very nice to me this past week. We laugh a lot and sit near each other. He hasn't been mean at all. He wrote this song for X's band, and when I heard the lyrics my heart practically melted. So I guess I like him. Oh, and he has the most amazing pair of eyes i've even seen.

So my problem here is that I don't know who'd be better. X, I would have to wait until he thought I was pretty, and Q I wouldn't really. Q is kind of a follower and I'm afraid that he's nervous to ask me out. I'm good friends with most of his friends, but I guess they don't approve. I just don't know who is more worth it.

First of all, NEVER change the way you are for someone else. If X doesn't appreciate you the way you are, then he doesn't deserve the time of day from you. SERIOUSLY! Forget the guy.

I think you should wait for the second guy. He may be nervous now, but he'll approach you when he's ready. If he doesn't, there are so many other guys out there. Last thing, if his friends don't approve, then screw them. You care too much about what other people think. Just be YOU. Keep your head up and good luck!
