i am 12 and im trying too loose weight by not eating a lot but it just wont work and my mum is telling me that i will loose the weight during puberty

you mom is right, skipping meals wont help you loose weight anyway because when you skip a meal your body reacts as if its stariving and the food in your digestion system is stored as fats so its just better to eat healthy and exercise, why not join a sport?

ok so at my highschool we got a pool and have to go swimming. the problem is i dont feel comfrontable taking off ALL my clothes to wear my bathing suit infront of everyone.. they think just because we are all girls and have the same body parents that it is ok but i personaly dont think that is right.. and another thing is we cant use the "girl problem" to stop us from swimming" but i have NEVER used a tampon and i have heared from my friends that the doctor has told them it is bad for you and can mess up soemthing down there?? what can i do??

Hey. I just want to be really realistic here with my question. Think of something you might do in real life. There's this kid I know from my church, he used to come but he left for a while. We were kids then. Now he's back and he's a year older, I'm going into 9th grade. I'm very interested in him and I wouldn't know if he has any in me because we literally never talk. How do I start something up with him? And realisticly, I'm not going to be all bouncy and annoying. if you have any classes with him in school try to sit near him and make him notice you. try to get his screen name by asking him or one of your friends that might know him. then talk to him about stuff you guys can relate to, is he in any sports? stuff like that
