So, I'm not very hairy like everywhere, but on my arms its SUPER HAIRY. Some of the hair is over an inch!! I don't want to shave it bcause it'll grow back dark and thick. But I don't know what to do!! I definetly do not want the hairy arms i have now.
any advice I can do to make them less hairy?

hey, well there are three options for you. a) shave them, b) wax them, or c) bleach them. no matter what you do, its going to take a lot of work. im not one of those people that says "oh, its only arm hair, just leave it". i completly know exactly how you are feeling because i just went through this recently also. i choose shaving. it didnt grow back any darker or thicker for me, but its tons of work keeping up with it and if you dont shave it off every 1-3 days, it looks retarded. before i started shaving it, i also went through the whole waxing thing. yeah it hurt, but i think it was best for me to wax all of my arm hair off before i started shaving it. bleaching i dont recommend at all. i heard it creates more hair when it grows back and also if your hair is dark, your arm hair will now be a combimation of dark hair and blonde. i would get waxed first, then when it grows back start shaving it.
I was thinking about getting the Veet bladeless hair removal kit for my legs, so I don't have to shave as often and so it will be a smoother experience. I just have two questions:
1. Does your hair have to be a certain length to use it? Because if it has to be 1/4 of an inch, I'd never be able to use it because I don't let the hair on my legs get that long. That wouldn't make sense to me either because then you could only use it like once a month if you let the hair get that long each time after using it. That just wouldn't work for anyone.
2. Can you use the kit for hair removal on other body parts? Like arms or the genital area? I know you can't use it on the face unless you get the facial formula, but I can't find anything for pubic hair on their website. Any ideas?
hey, well your hair does have to be fairly long to use it. if you use it on your legs when your hair isnt long, you will basically be burning your skin. i dont recommend using it on your pubic hairs, because if it gets into your vagina area, that would be bad. you can read up on it on the bottle if you go to like cvs.

hey, i would try calling the company that the camera came from. also try contacting the store that you bought it at. i know places like bestbuy fix cameras for you.

15/f I have a crush on 16/m and hes in one of my classes, and at school we really only talkl in the class we have together and when we walk to 6th our together. BUt for the past week or so we've talked everynight on the phone for a minimum of 1 1/2 each night. And he'll call me at like 11 or something to talk. And from Monday-Thursday we talked. But then Friday he didn't call, and then last night i told him t ocall and he didn't. ANd sometime I go and visit him at work and he seems happy to see me? But I'm really scared to like "make a move" or kick my flirting up to the next level because i don't want him to be like wow this chick is trying to hard or be like wtf. hey, according to my research on google, he died in a car crash.
So for my math project i need to find 5 different pictures of actual objects in real life,
1. a rectangle that is not a square
2. a paralellogram that is not a rectangle
3. a square
4. a trapeziod
5. a nonparallelogram and a nontrapezoid
they must be perfect, like we actually have to show measurements on the sqaure showing its really a square etc

I need to lose at least ten pounds by the end of May at the latest.
I've been dieting for a week (which pertains of eating all healthy foods no junk what so ever) and trying my best to jog for at least an hour w/ sit-ups (becuase a lot of my weight is in my belly).

it really sucks because two of my best friends are totally against eachother. the worst part is that my friend gina had this problem with jake and now they dont talk. they talk about eachother behind their backs though. so gina is just fed up with jake and is trying to get other people to hate him. also jake has done some other stupid things and a lot of people are against him. but jake is my best friend too, and i really like him, as more than a friend. he doesnt know that but like he flirts with me all the time. he said not to worry about it because everyone is being stupid. but gina, britany, and kat dont really get why im still friends with jake. brittany and kat are annoyed with me because they think i only hang with him cuz i like him. but thats not even true and i feel like im jakes only real friend. i explained to gina the whole situation and i think she can understand me a little better. what can i do about this i dont like having to be mean to people but im in such a tough situation. thanx
hey, well you shouldnt have to be mean to anyone unless your having personal problems with them between just you and them. hang out with them all seperately or just whoever gets along. they need to learn that there your friend, but there not going to like everyone that your friends with.
Ok, so for my prom I got tips put on. I used to have them on (and I went every 2 weeks to get them filled in) for about two years. I had them taken off about a year ago and then wanted them back on just for prom night.
That was two weeks ago. I went today to get them removed and one of the guys cut my natural nails so short that they hurt like crazy! He even cut me on two of my fingers! It's ridiculous, and it's killing me. My nails don't grow very quickly, so I was trying to think of solutions for this problem.
1) Is there a QUICK way to make your nails grow faster. I know there are polishes and jell-o, but will something work within a week?
2) I was thinking of getting the press-on nails for about a week or so in order to cover up the shortness and stop the tips of my fingers from rubbing up against stuff. But I don't want them to look even faker than tips.
3) Maybe I should just get tips put back on for another two weeks and next time go to the place I used to so they won't cut them too short. The only thing is that it seems like a waste of $30.
What do you think would be the best solution?
hey, theres no real way of making your natural nails longer, only time can do that. i dont recommend the press on nails. they will probably fall off during the prom, there so cheap. just get the tips put back on and when you get them taken off, tell the guy not to cut them so short. i recommend getting them short, but just to a point. the reason for this is that after you get the tips off, you nails are very weak.

hey, i agree with ANG. its discharge. its suppose to be clear and not smelling. your only suppose to smell it when your changing your undies. if it starts becoming colored a lot and smelling funny, get it checked out. to prevent the discomfort of ir (if you have any+ where pantyliners and change them as needed.

alright. um..
i like this guy A LOT (we'll call him bob). he has a girlfriend & they've been going out for like more than a month. the thing is, they don't do anything. i never see them talk & they have only hugged like once. that's all the farther they've gone. my bff has been going out with this guy for 3 weeks & they hang out a lot, talk evweryday, are constantly holding hands, & have kissed like 4 or 5 times.
my problem is, is that i don't know if i could ever go out with someone like that. someone that doesn't act like a boyfriend should. so my question is, should i move on? should i wait for him? if i do & we end up going out, is he gonna act the same way? i just don't know what to think or do.

hey, well it really depends on the guys history, not just how he is with that girl now. do some research on his past relationships. even if he is known to not act like a boyfriend, who knows, maybe you could shape him up. now im not saying change who he is completly, im just saying teach him to be more loving and more of the boyfriend type. maybe its just the girl that hes with now i just super shy and her wishes are to take things slow. just do your research and you should be fine. good luck.
15/f. there is this one guy that i really want to go to the freshman dance with. we sit next to each othe rin science class and we have a lot of other classes together. i just don't know if he likes me. we talk in science but he's also really shy. like he will talk to me but he's not the person to like wave in the hall.
also he is kind've "popular" i hate labels, but i feel like it is neccesary to do it here. his last girlfriend was this really pretty & "popular" girl and they broke up a couple weeks ago. but to me he doesn't seem the popular type. i think that his old gf was the only reason he is popular, plus he's extrememly hot. but if you see him in class he is friends with a lot of guys are can be considered "nerds" and he doesn't dress all hollister like every other guy does. he's just different.

hey, well if hes staring at you, that must mean something. he could think your pretty or even like you. you said hes the shy type, so even if he does like you, theres a one percent chance that he would actually get the confidence to ask you to the dance. so sweetie, the only way your getting with him for the dance is by you asking him yourself. its not "weird" for girls to ask guys out, so theres nothing to worry about. some guys even get turned on by the fact that girls have the confidence to ask a guy out. just go for it. i recommend doing it in person, but since this guy is so shy, maybe doing it on the phone or on AIM is better. the only sucky thing with aim is that you dont know if its really him or not, so you might want to call him and make sure its really him. good luck.
I got this letter, from the highschool that i will be attending, and it says like, how they think that i'd be good for this program called 'connections' and how it helps with test taking, problem solving, and stuff like that. and they want me and my parents to go to some meeting about it.

hey, im not exactly sure. dont freak out though. there could be a lot of good things coming out from attending the meeting with your parents. you should ask around and see if any of your other friends got the suggestion for the meeting as well. theres no need to hide the fact that you did. there going to eventually find out anyways because they will know that your not home and that your somewhere and they will probably know other people in the program as well. they will also get mad if they find out and that you lied to them or just didnt tell them. anyways, about the good things coming out of this meeting. you parents may think that your more responsible because your taking charge and wanting to do better. that might lead to more freedom, trust, etc. also if you do decide to join and get better grades, that might also lead to the stuff i said above. my advice would be to go check it out. if your dead set on not joining, ask yourself why. if its for a legitmately good reason, than so be it. if its because something shallow like there are all nerds there or whatever, then suck it up. it couldnt be that bad. if it is, you can always quit. thats only if your really miserable tho, because i dont like when people become quiters. good luck.

hey, well you shouldnt just write him off completely as a possible boyfriend. you should ask who he likes or who he has an interest in. if he says you straight up, tell him how you feel as well. if he doesnt just come out and say it, but you think that he indicated that he has feelings for you, just ask him straight up. say something like "it kind of sounds like your talking about me, i could be wrong". if there is any sparks or anything, you need to tell him that you dont want to get hurt again. also tell him that he needs to make sure that its you and that its only you that he likes and also that his orientation is straight. good luck.
