I have the same flaky/oily t-zone. I've been using neutrogena day moisturizer. If you apply it a half hour before your makeup, it works great. Around noon I still get oily, so I use MAC brand blot powder.

Cardio is your best friend. I run on the treadmill for a half hour every day or twice a day when i've eaten especially unhealthy. If you don't have one, you can of course jog outside. Swimming is good too, it's fun and will reward you with toned arms and legs. Do you have a trampoline? Jumping on the trampoline will give you strong toned legs and glutes. Dancing burns calories, you'll look like an idiot but throw in some jumping jacks (when you're home alone, please.)

Eat healthy, don't restrict, eat as much as you need to be full, but avoid anything too fattening. Breakfast is important. Eat your carbs and protein in the morning.
