Alot of people say i give great advice, but i cant help myself on this one. a while ago i went to the emergency room for a broken ankle, and now my mom has to pay $1000 for that. There are too many bills and our crappy insurence just went up. so with all this preasure, my mom is realy stressed out and depressed, wich makes me realy stressed and depressed. plus i have alot to worry about at school, i get good grades so i have alot of responsibilitys. Chess team, M.E.S.A. [math thing], honors english, giand science/technoligy project, writeing projects, and tring to maintain my 3.9 g.p.a and college reading level. im 14 and in 8th grade!!!!! I need help, i want to help my mom out but im too young to get a job, i cant babysit cuz i dont have neibors with kids, and im way to stressed, please help
i say try to stay out of the activities you dont need to be in. most of the things only matter in high school so just give you self some slack for a while. let things calm down, try to talk to you mom..work it out. some mom's arent open but they are always capable of being. this sounds lame but make your mom your best friend, go out and do stuff with her and most importantly, talk to her. in 8th grade, gpa doesnt matter...it might in 9th but for now, dont worry about it. chess team and m.e.s.a dont sound necessary right now. chick-fil-a takes 14 year olds! if your friends babysit, tell them about how ur are trying to help your mom and maybe they can recommend you to the people they babysit for a while. hope i helped, good luck!

no, when you first start your period your cyles are really off. after a year or two you will find out your regular cycle. hope i helped

well maybe she is sad for some reason or there is something going on between yall. but dont make it seem like you are trying to hard to be funny or start a conversation, that makes it kind of awk-weird ((awkward and weird)) so ask her if she is mad at you or why she is acting like that. becaues it seems like you are really trying to be her friend but you arent getting much back from her. and it that doesnt work, get one of her friends to talk to her and ask her if she is mad at you or something like you...that always works! good luck, i hope i helped

hmmm it sounds like he likes you, but be careful because guys can be VERY confusing! i would wait a while until you actually hear that. my things is to not ask guys out, cuz i believe guys are supposed to ask girls out but that is just me. some girls arent like that. but if you like taking chances, i say do it...you dont have anything to lose! good luck! i hope i helped

hmm well it is kind of hard to explain. it is just something that kind of just happens naturally. you cant really tell someone how to act. but guys HATE prudeness, but dont be a slut or anything. just dont get really shy and nervous when you are around him be yourself..hold hands, let him put his arm around you, walk in the halls, hug when you have to leave, and then after a while yall might kiss. i got soooooo nervous on my 1st kiss but after it happened, i had no reason to be nervous. well you know how you hug someone and it isnt a big deal? thats how it felt, it felt like a daily thing. hope i helped, you can always come and ask me more. good luck!

well just ask him that you thought that he liked you so why is he going out with that other girl?
but guys can be shallow like that. my answer is to just talk to him, ask him if he likes you and why he is going out with her. make sure you do it without anybody else knowing besides you and him, your friend could find out and that would pretty much be the end of the relationship. some girls follow by this rule but i think it is stupid: after their best friend goes out with a guy, you cant go out with him. if he breaks up with her, make sure it is okay to go out with him 1st! good luck! hope i helped, hehe thanks

ahh that used to happened to me a lot but then..he asked me out! he probably likes you if he turned red! i doubt it will be weird thought unless he is kind of shy but if he is, just start acting like you guys would normally and maybe he will loosen up. personally, i dont ask guys out but if you ask guys out...i would wait a while to make sure he likes you and then go for it! you have nothing to loose. if you find out he doesnt like you then it will probably be okay, your friendship will be fine. just talk to him! good luck

yea, i can be really shy too! hugs arent really anything, he wont think you are a slut. just ask him for one...he will probably say yes. my friend loves hugging people and she just asks random guys for hugs and they do so i am sure he will give you one. hmm flirting..i dono it just kind of comes naturally. just walk with him and sit with him alot but dont be stalkerish and joke around with him and stuff..tell him about yourself but dont make it too obvious. laugh at his jokes no matter what. pass him notes, let him cetch you staring at him in class...you know, that kind of stuff. good luck!

Okay I seriously need major help...
I like this guy name Michael and he just broke up with his GF...I know what you are thinking and no i am not talking about Micahel B...it is a different one! So, I heard that he liked me back but then like a week later he asked this other girl out and it really made me MAD!! My best freind Leah asked him if he still liked me when he was going out with this girl, and he said sercretly he did still like me but he didnt ask me out because his friend thinks Im a total loser and ugly... That really makes me mad. The girl he is going out with is really pretty and I think I am decent looking but not as pretty as her. Should O forget about him and move on or should I still like himm... well I have a best friend and she made cheerleading at KNOX and I didn't and she has kind of like ditched me. I know that sounds retarded and she sits with me at lunch and stuff, but I can tell that she would rather be sitting with the cheerleaders than me. I am on girls athletics and so I guess that is pretty cool but of course I am on the B team :[
SO anyways, I have this amazing Boyfriend who sits with me and THE CHEERLEADER everyday at lunch and I can totally tell she and my other friend hate him. they are always talking about how he is so beastly and ugly and tall and fat. But they dont do it in front of me. they talk of him like... In front of my other friend and she tells me everything that they say.
Should I forget about my cheerleader friend? WE've been best friends since the end of 4th grade! Its a hard decision but she seems to not care about me anymore. I cant even get her to come over to my house. she always has plans!

hmm well just trying talking to her. tell her how you feel and how you really want to stay best friends with her but you just feel like she is leaving you out and she doesnt care about you. and next time she says something about ur boyfriend, you need to speak up about it. like dont start getting all mad and yell at her or anything. try making plans with her before she gets plans.
