i used to have that problem too.
this kinda sounds weird,
but if you chew up some food like a banana and right before your about to swallow,
stick the pill in your mouth and swallow it with the food
you should not even feel it go down.
and then drink something afterwards

well awhile i got into a fight with my mom,
and i moved out to go live with my gma and i didnt talk to my mom/ see her for about 9 months,
then she got sick with cancer and recently died.
noow i really regret not talking to her for that period of time, soo my adivice is to just make up with her, because you never know what could happen

well my best friend is in dance, and they do a certain thing to work out there butt im not sure if it will make it bigger but i think it should, because it will make muscle.

lay on your back on the floor,
with your hand flat on the floor too.
bend your knees up, and lift up your butt.

I always get dry skin after using my acne perscription medicine, so i want to get a moisturizer for after using it! My face is oily, so i really don't want oil on my face! I tried using some moisturizer from Aveeno that was supposed to be oil free and natural, but my face was 2x as oily as normal and i felt gross. So i washed it off, then my face became dry again! well im not excatly sure.
butt im pretty sure you would bleed if so.
but it might be kind of hard to tell,
because if you use tampons, then it could of broke and you would of never known because you were already bleeding.
so i guess you would never know

i would say that you should eat healthy food.
like instead of having chips for a snack try having an apple.
try to exercise,go out a take a walk every morning, do sit ups.
acne, wash you face everynight and day,
and if you already do that and still have acne,
go to the store and get a made face wash for that for example clean and clear is good.
and if that still does not work go to a doctor
to get speacial stuff made for you
