I am a cool fun loving girl. I try to stay out of drama but it seems like it lways inds me ! I go to FAU high where there are only 17 ppl in the 10th grade, i know it crazy! well that is really all im willing to share for now, ask me question and i will answer as best as i can!

im satisfied with my body...ecept the fat under my boobs....you would think it would be on your stomache or somethin...but how do you get ride of that like under your boobs and on top of your rib cage??? ? (link)
yeah i have that same problem too. I have found that is rolly thing that you extend your arms out suspended by a exercise wheel and pull it back to your knees works really great. ok i cant explain it but its really awesome!

i'm 16 years old and 5'1" and i'm about 175 lbs i know my weight is very unhealthy. i don't eat that much adn i try to eat as healthy as possible but i don't have anytime to get to the gym to work out. i'm really stressed out so that might also be a problem. i need to loose the weight according to my dr. i bowli, play softball and frisbee but no matter how active i am i can't loose any weight. is there any way to loose weight quickly but not do anything super drastic. i have a hard tim finding clothes that fit my and selfesteem is wayy low becasue of my weight. i don't look my wieght because i wear baggy clothes all the time. is there anything that i can do. i know that all the weight is not muscel weight because i have a huge stomach and my bmi is wayyyy too high to be healthy. i have no clue what to do. Trust me, i'm right there with you. im 16, 5'1" 185 lbs. I know the feeling. Well i know the best way to lose weight is to eat little meals throughout out the day. You need to keep your motabolism going. Eat at least 4 to 6 meals a day ( a meal being like an apple, a sandwhich or a salad, not BIG meals) I know this could seem hard at first but it will keep you energized and help you lose weight too. Something that has been helping me is keeping a food journal. Also keeping active always helps.
About your stressed try to look at situations one thing at a time instead of seeing everything as a big mess because that will just drive you crazy!
I used to wear really baggy clothes and even boys clothes to hide my weight but i found that it only shows that you arent confident. And there are clothes out there for us thick girls dont worry you just have to search a little more. Also its starting to become easier because plus size models are becoming a lot more popular and even stores like American Eagle are starting to sell sizes up to 18! (ae.com)
I know that the baggy clothes are more comfortable and easierto wear but dont be afraid to put that little bit of effort to shine! YOUR GORGEOUS!! And dont let anyone tell you different!
