I tend to overeat when I snack...I make it into more of a meal than a snack. What are some nutritious, low-cal items that fill you up?

There's this friend I have and her name is Kellen. She's really sweet, quiet, a good friend, and she's 15. And she has this boyfriend who is 18 and his name is Nick. He's fun, loud, and likes to mess around with everybody while Kellen is usually the girl in the back (I mean the girl who doesn't say anything unless she definetley has to answer). And last Sunday, Kellen, Nick, and I were hanging out at the mall. Kellen went to get ice cream for all of us and I stayed with Nick at the table. And Nick said "Well, you're getting more and more beautiful day by day. One of these days you'll be mine." I didn't say anything because I was embarrassed (and because I'm only 14). And Kellen came back and I pretended nothing happened because I also felt bad for Kellen. What should I do? Should I tell Kellen? Or should I leave it alone?
i think you should really talk to kellen because if she find out later in time she'll feel even worse tell her that nick might not the right person for you he was trying to ask me out and add anything to make her not feel as bad

ok i used to have stage fright to in front of huge audiences every1s always nervous at first but once you start you keep on getting less nervous so ull be nervous at first then ull be just fine trust me :-)

Ok, this was my question:
Well, there's this guy in one of my classes and I like him a lot. I've written him two notes now. The first one asked if he wanted to hang out the weekend of halloween with me and some friend and I gave it to him on a Tuesday. He never wrote me back so on Friday, I told him not to worry about writing me back because I guess he didn't want to hang out anyways. Well, then he told me that he didn't write me back because he was busy this weekend with some friends. Well, he started talking to me more since then. Last week I gave him another note saying that I didn't think he wanted to hang out with me or just be my friend or anything like that and he never wrote me back. I'm not sure what's going on, but since that note he talks to me a whole bunch and will just start random conversations with me. By the way he is very shy and doesn't talk too much, but now he talks to me a lot. I'm not sure what to think about all this. Do you think I should just confront him and tell him that obviously what I said in the note was true? Please give me some great advice! It would help a lot!

well sn would probaly be a better thing to ask him but you can always c if he has an email almost everybody has an email or you can call him on the phone but if you feel that your not ready yet you could always wait a little before u ask him

so you have to be a mime for 45 seconds well if there another person with you you can make the person say where is my friend and you do the box thing(:-P) then he says in a box? then you shake your head no then you make a larger box and he says in a bigger box and you shake your head again this time you make a big box then you make a swirly movement with your finger and he say a factory and to nod your head yes and the guy says thx then the guy runs behind the curtains and you face the audience and start laughing :-)
