what are ways to get a flat stomach?
i don't really have a BIG stomach.
maybe just a half-inch of stomach out.
i do 15 sit-ups about almost every night.
but what else can i do to make it faster, i guess?
15 sit ups are going to do anything, you have to do more. i was told by a personal trainer that for sit up to even do anything you have to at least do 200 of them a night..and i been doing that and its starting to work... maybe it would hel for you to?

My friend is a little obsessed with growing her breasts. Maybe I'm a tiny obsessed too. Someone told her about that "Brava system" where the plastic container SUCKS your boobs so they stretch and grow. She was convinced right away and thinks using a vacuum cleaner tube will do the same. i don't think that would work and besides it may just stretch your skin then you will have extra skin there but im not to sure..i wouldn't try it your better off just letting them grow by themselves

Im not a virgin.. but last time I went to the doctors, I was. Well... We all know how the doctors ask u if youve ever had sex before and whatnot..and I really don't feel like telling my doctor that Ive have had sex, but i have a feeling that they ask that question to make sure that you stay healthy. My boyfriend and I lost our virginites to eachother though, so I know that he didnt contract any diseases or anything from anyone else. We use a condom everytime, and I think I would know (from symtoms) if I had a serious disease or STD from having sex. I was wondering though, would it be terribly bad, if I lied to my doctor about having sex? Also, I DO NOT want her to tell my mom. CAN she do that? ??? .. Just wondering..
This same question goes for weed. 90% of people have tried weed. I, myself, have done it probably about two times. Doctors ask you if youve ever tried it..and I want to lie... Could they possibly know I have before? By like my pee sample or something? would it be such a crime to lie about this??
Weed only stays in your system for 30 days...so If havent smoked for 30 days then your good, but if not well your doctor will know.

if the cat is an outside cat and an indoor cat like if you let it outside sometimes then you shouldn't get it declawed. But if it's an indoor cat i think its alright. My mom got my one cat declawed because we just got new couches and she tour them apart!

well i have this really really good friend in drama club with me..

he had a big crush on me last year, but i didnt like him
what sucks is that once i got to know him more.. i really like him now.
were like really good friends with benefits and its obvious that im one of his good friends cuz i was one of the first people he told about wanting to ask the girl he likes out.
i helped him out and im trying to get this girl to go out with him..
But i cant help but wonder.. i know i like my friend.. but why don't i feel jelous.. and im like reminding him every day to ask her out..
