It's hard for an outsider to answer a question like this, but you seem to have quite a bit to work with here. A lot of this is going to depend on what sort of funds you'll have available to PURCHASE a gift.
I capitalize 'purchase' because it doesn't necessarily have to be a gift as such. I've been married for almost 50 years and my favorite thing on OUR anniversary is to spend a fun day with my wife. We'll go to a diner for breakfast, take a ride or do something fun and in the evening we'll get nicely dressed and go out for dinner at a good restaurant. I'd rather have a memorable day with her than some store-bought thing that I may or may not even need or want.
That having been said:
- Amazon will likely have the most current Stephen King books in both hardcover & eBooks AND music downloads.
- Lego kits aren't cheap, but from what you posted a Lego STAR WARS kit would almost certainly make a hit. I googled "lego star wars" and got a lot of hits. Same thing by googling "lego marvel."
- Cooking is a great thing because everybody benefits! I started cooking when I retired and a stand mixer is the best thing ever. Also, silicone spoons & spatulas, high quality measuring cups and spoons, high quality Chef knife if he doesn't have one, etc. If he BAKES at all, then good quality baking pans of a variety of sizes.
I hope this helps. Happy Upcoming Anniversary! ]
